• Designed program by utilizing creative tools such as KZO to do recording,
Videoscribe, powerpoints, job aids to conduct global ILT and VILT program for
managers to have essential conversations with his/her direct report. Also, had
train the trainer calls of the packaged materials with the specific global region
HRBP to conduct within his/her region.

marketing for brand logo, global session times and use of LMS for sign ups.
