his document contains artwork, which when
viewed through asymmetrical electromagnetic
stereoscopic glasses provides the world's first
visual confirmation that Salvador Dali's
conviction that artwork evokes an important
hidden 3D inner vision, belongs to a crucial
future human survival science.
The crucial mathematics needed to explore Dali's ideas beyond his
artistic intuitions was provided by the scientist Professor Petar Grujic
in his paper, The Concept of a Fractal Cosmos: Anaxagoras' Cosmology.
The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia in collaboration with
the recipient of the Order of Honour "Albert Einstein" Medal, the late
Professor Wolfgang Weber, fused Grujic's ideas into a quantum
biological neuroscience. This work revealed that our thermodynamic
culture harboured a dysfunctional information virus, the antidote to
which was discovered by the Science-Art Research Centre of
Australia.
Weber, as a development engineer, and Head of the Development
Sector in AEG-Telefunken Institute of Automatic Control in
Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin, was a world authority on
telecommunications information.
By fusing quantum mechanical information logic with quantum
biology research conducted by the Department of Medicinal
Chemistry at the University of Pavia, Italy, the Italian scientists and
their Quantum Art International colleagues have become an integral
aspect of their 21st Century Renaissance.

Introduction
Ancient Chinese and Greek Wisdom
The scientific foundations of the 21st Century Renaissance were laid by Chinaā€™s most
highly awarded physicist, Professor Kun Huang. At the International Centre for
Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy in 1979, he befriended the Australian Science-Art
philosopher, Robert Pope. The artist had become involved in a very animated
argument with American and English scientists by claiming that the prevailing
thermodynamic world-view was heading for collapse and needed to pay heed to the
Chinese philosopher who had introduced ancient Chinese philosophy into the work of
the Nobel Laureates atomic scientists Neils Bohr and Max Born.
i.
Pope argued that the ancient Chinese wisdom was compatible with the 3rd Century BC
Greek atomic Science for Ethical Ends, which had been ignored by modern scienceā€™s
obsession with the process of humanity becoming extinct. Kun Huang happened to be
the Chinese philosopher that the artist was referring to and who had later provided the
research methodology to prove his argument. Pope returned to Australia and his
Science-Art Research Centre became the first institute in the world to be able to
measure the existence of the laws governing the evolution of healthy biological growth
and development.
During 2001, at Cambridge University, Robert Pope delivered a lecture to scientists
associated with the Human Genome Project, advising them that it was about to
disintegrate into a state of confusion. Chinese scientists attending the lecture became
interested in his theories developed from Kun Huangā€™s ideas. A week later his prediction
made world news and they wrote to the Chinese Government to award the artist a
residency at Yangzhou University.
Extract from lecture scheduled to be delivered at Cambridge University, 8 June,
2001, at the Board Room, Faculty of English (Session Name: hermes.cam.ac.uk 7).
Mr. Pope, a prestigious professor and internationally acclaimed artist, is the director of the Science-
Art Research Centre of Australia. His theory concerning that "Art becomes the catalyst to introduce
the cultural significance of a vast new science of life into the general cultural awareness" is widely
accepted, and he was appointed an Artist Delegate by UNESCO at the Einstein Celebratory
World Summit Meeting of Science in Trieste.
ii.
In 2004 the New South Wales State Ministry for the Arts brought to Australia a
delegation of Chinese Science-Art researchers who had worked with Robert Pope in
China. They stayed at the Science-Art Research Centre to participate in the Tweed City
of the Arts, Science-Art Festival. The following year the head of the delegation, Professor
Cam Ming, returned to Australia with a book celebrating his stay at Centre's Castle on
the Hill.
In 1990 the worldā€™s largest technological research institute, IEEE in Washington,
reprinted the Australian discovery first published in Italy's leading scientific journal, Il
Nuovo Cimento. IEEE considered it as one of the important optical discoveries of the
20th Century, placing it alongside such names as Louis Pasteur and Sir Francis Crick.
In 2009 Robert Pope and the Centreā€™s mathematician were awarded Gold Medal
Laureate awards from the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science in London, for locating
new information sources beyond the limitations of quantum mechanics. During the
following year world famous Italian quantum biologists and their Quantum Art
International Science-Art associates fused the Centreā€™s work into the developing science
of quantum biology.

During 2016, the Italian quantum biologists headed by Professor Massimo Pregnolato,
one of the recipients of the 2010 Giorgio Napolitano Medal awarded on behalf of the
Republic of Italy, presented the Centreā€™s second major optics discovery to the world,
winning an international first prize for the discovery of the antidote to the global
epidemic of dysfunctional transmitted by the mass production of dysfunctional
information and communication devices.
The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia, together with the Head of the
Department of Medicinal Chemistry at Pavia University in Italy and their Science-Art
colleagues throughout the world, represented by Quantum Art International in Italy,
selected Australia as the ideal multicultural society to launch their 21st Century
Renaissance. Proceeds from this Obtaining the Human Survival Blueprint project, as a tourist
venture, is designed to develop quantum biological research, which over the years will
provide further support for understanding the ethical purpose of evolving stereoscopic
consciousness. Due to this work developing concepts beyond the limits of the present
obsolete thermodynamic culture, the spirit of the new renaissance will be kept alive by
its further quantum biological discoveries.
The concept of establishing a tourist attraction celebrating the world's first visualisation
of the new technology provides a more dramatic visualisation of the crucial hidden
stereoscopic message in artwork pioneered by Salvador Dali during the 20th Century.
From this visual perspective programmed into a computer alongside the antidote
information it will be possible to generate the human survival blueprint, along similar
lines as Kun Huang's research methodology, which had obtained the seashell survival
simulations.

n the year 2016, the
world learned about the
corrupt nature of high
finance political power
where rhetoric,
accompanied by artistic
pomp and ceremony, shocked the world.
During the 3rd Century BC, the Greek
mathematician, Plato, predicted such a
situation. He referred to this corruption as
a mixture of showmanship, glamour and
displays of great wealth, disguising games
of deceitful mind manipulation, as
illusory, unethical art. Plato had used his
mathematics to help invent the ancient
Greek Science for Ethical Ends, to help
guide future ennobling government.
During the 18th Century, the
philosopher, Immanuel Kant, laid the
foundations of the electromagnetic Golden
Age of Danish Science, by researching the
difference between Platoā€™s idea of
unethical art and the idea of ethical,
artistic, political wisdom. From Kantā€™s
many volumes of convoluted research
about the nature of moral thought, lay
hidden the electromagnetic solution to
Platoā€™s missing artistic, spiritual ethic,
needed as the basis of a futuristic
technology to protect the structure of
ennobling government.
It is now evident that the nature of
deceitful, political, financial manipulation
is related to psychological behaviour, as
well as the result of social engineering. By
programming the astute information of
the super rich alongside ethical data, it is
possible to generate a human survival
blueprint. By entangling the human
survival information with their financial
knowledge, the mega-rich can enjoy
creating sustainable wealth as well as
further enhancing the general social
condition. This concept is difficult to
grasp under the logic base upholding our
obsolete mainstream science.
ā€˜The Balance of Ethical and Unethical Mathematical Emotionā€™ by Robert Pope
1.
The present political situation can be
considered to be an addictive disease
similar to the mathematical programming
within a poker-machine, designed to
bring about states of financial and moral
bankruptcy. Such machines,
accompanied by beguiling musical sound
and mesmerising colour vibrations can
lead to a compulsion as strong as a heroin
addiction. This relationship between
mathematics and aesthetically pleasing art
forms is designed to bring about states of
financial and moral bankruptcy, for the
benefit of a select few. This seductive
programming is a variation of the global
stock-market game to anticipate future
benefits based upon false visions. Sooner
or later those benefits will become part of
historyā€™s long record of violence and ruin.
Government appointed epidemiologists
are responsible for the evolutionary
health and well-being of community
development. They have located a global
epidemic transmitted from the mass
production of information and
communication devices for which they
have no antidote. This lack of remedy
reveals a deficiency within our scientific
mindset, which is also infected by the
existing dysfunctional mathematical
mental disorder.
When mainstream science can no longer
deny that its mindset is affected by
dysfunctional, mechanistic information,
scientists, unable to face this fact, suffer
culture shock resentment. It is therefore
necessary to provide concrete evidence to
support such a devastating mental
diagnosis. However, unless the general
public realises that proof exists to support
such a prognosis, then science will not
address the problem. Scientists will spin
such evidence any way they can to keep
the vital proof away from public scrutiny.
Otherwise, the existing money machine
will act against their livelihoods.
For us to locate this critical human
survival antidote, mainstream science
must first be exposed as being innately
deceitful. We have been led to understand
that the basis of quantum mechanics
came from Sir Isaac Newtonā€™s idea that
the mass of objects in space was the cause
of gravity. As children, the example of an
apple falling on Newtonā€™s head was used
to explain gravity. The first step to
understanding the nature of the antidote
for this misinformation, is for the general
public to know that these ideas are just
myths, and that Newton did not think
that way at all (see the statement below).
Newton, as a christian was deeply
The proof of this lies in the
UNIVERSAL DICTIONARY of the ARTS, SCIENCES, LITERATURE
2nd Edition, Volume XIV, page 118.
The definitions of the words Mechanical and Mechanically on that page
came from Sir Isaac Newtonā€™s little known but published 28th Query
Discussions. They state that Newton considered that the idea that the mass of
objects in space causing gravity was a pretentious hypothesis, based upon
completely false first-cause principle logic.

religious, but hostile to unscientific
Church dogma. If various religious
persuasions insist their deity is the
custodian of infinite reality then wars are
inevitable. This irrational behaviour
prevents people from searching for any
scientific, Godlike, universal purpose.
Newton held the ā€˜hereticalā€™ belief that the
universe was infinite and that ancient
Greek pagan science was the authority on
the non-mechanical (spiritual) aspect of
gravitational force.
Quantum mechanics came into existence
based on the fundamentally false
assumption that all life in the universe
must become extinct, denying humanity
access to infinity. Professor Simon Schnoll
of the Institute of Biophysics of the
Russian Academy of Sciences, had for
many years examined data from
Princeton Universityā€™s Global
Consciousness Project. He discovered an
extremely complex subatomic aspect of
space-time information synchronising
with Earth timeā€™s day, lunar month and
sidereal year movements. He
demonstrated that this information was
intuitively accessed by the human mind.
Both Schnoll and the author of this article
were presented with a 2009 Gold Medal
Laureate Award by the Telesio Galilei
Academy of Science in London. Both had
reached the identical conclusion that the
language of quantum mechanical
information was incomplete, agreeing
with Einsteinā€™s concern that it lacked a
crucial living language element.
The missing antidote for human survival
is now known to be encoded in the
entanglement between quantum
mechanics and quantum biology and this
has serious implications for society.

3.
In 1979, following advice from Professor
Kun Huang, Chinaā€™s most highly
awarded physicist, the Science-Art
Research Centre of Australia was able to
measure the life-force governing healthy
seashell growth and development over a
period of millions of years. Italyā€™s
scientific journal, Il Nuovo Cimento,
during the 1980s, published this
astounding breakthrough. In 1990 the
worldā€™s largest technological research
institute, IEEE in Washington, reprinted
the discovery as an important optics
breakthrough of the 20th Century,
placing it alongside such names as Louis
Pasteur and Francis Crick. It soon
became evident that modern science had
a serious problem concerning the nature
of living information.
The mathematics used to measure the
existence of the seashell life-force was
associated with the mathematics taught to
Leonardo da Vinci by the mathematician,
Fra Luca Pacioli, who was familiar with
the ancient Greek Ionian model of an
infinite universe. Da Vinci, who led the
world regarding mechanical,
mathematical logic, together with Rene
Descartes and Sir Roger Bacon became
the pivotal persons who ushered in the
Industrial Age. However Leonardo,
acclaimed as a mechanical genius, was
considered by his peers at the Florentine
Academy to be ignorant of the life-force
ethos belonging to Pacioliā€™s ethical
mathematics.
The worldā€™s fossil record proved beyond
any doubt the authenticity of the Centreā€™s
mathematics governing the shape of
seashell evolution. However,
consideration that the mathematical
programming from the life-force within
the shell contradicted the very structure of
our mechanistic culture, was too much for
mainstream science's limited worldview.
The mathematics that the Centre used
extended the life-force to infinity, as
opposed to conventional physics, which
demands that all life in the universe must
eventually become extinct. With the
discovery of infinite fractal geometrical
logic being associated with the living
process, the extinction concept is shown
to be mathematically illogical.
If mechanistic mathematics is used to try
and obtain the seashell survival
blueprints, the computer simulations soon
become carcinogenic distortions.
Therefore, the nature of the poker-
machine-like information epidemic
follows the same destructive extinction
principle, showing in effect that it belongs
to some form of evolutionary cancer.
The 1937 Nobel Laureate in Medicine,
4.
Szent-Gyorgyi realised that the inability
of the scientific mind to link the living
process to the scientific nature of infinity
belonged to an ancient, tribal, ape-like
mentality defending itself against death or
enslavement from other tribes. His book,
The Crazy Ape, referred to scientists unable
to understand that the evolution of
human consciousness, at a subatomic
level, was about a mental process
governed by a scientific understanding of
the nature of infinity. Modern science,
however, is regulated by the carcinogenic
concept that all life in the universe must
become extinct. Alternatively, 21st
Century quantum biology cancer
research knows that living information
flows in the opposite direction to the
energy laws that demand such extinction.
The medical antidote to the present
global dysfunctional epidemic began its
construction with Szent-Gyorgyiā€™s earlier
research work.
Szent-Gyorgyi predicted that the
prevailing worldview of his time was an
electromagnetic, carcinogenic problem at
the molecular level. The American
Government, unable to accept ideas
about freeing the modern scientific mind
from its role of creating wealth through
debt, refused to fund his request to
establish a cancer research institute.
Following a 1971 newspaper interview
about this issue, the director of a legal
firm, Franklin Salisbury, contacted Szent-
Gyorgyi and later helped him establish
the National Foundation for Cancer
Research, as a private nonprofit
organisation. In 1974, the Nobel

Laureate proposed the term ā€˜syntropyā€™
associated with information theory. The
engineering genius, Buckminster Fuller,
in his book, Utopia or Oblivion, adopted this
term in describing the workings of a
synergetic universe, free from the old
chaotic extinction law.
Aspects of Buckminster Fullerā€™s research,
sympathetic to an adoption of a science
functioning beyond the limitations
imposed by our old extinction obsession,
has been completely ignored by
mainstream science. The three 1996
Nobel Laureates in Chemistry realised
that Fullerā€™s research was associated with
fundamental features of cancer study and
formed a company to develop Fullerene
Chemistry. However, it appears that they
were not aware that Fuller had derived
his theories from the research of the
ancient Greek mathematician, Plato. The
Science-Art Research Centreā€™s Platonic-
Fullerene Chemistry, although very well
represented on the Internet, attracted no
interest whatsoever from established
science. Harvard Universityā€™s Novartis
Professor, Amy Edmondson, in her The
Fuller Explanation, a biography of
Buckminster Fuller, excused him for
plagiarising Plato's mathematics as the
basis of his synergistic universe (Chapter
4. Tools of the Trade, Platoā€™s Discovery,
page 37). Note that although this book is
online, it is not the current edition.
If we look back at the dawn of civilisation
in Mesopotamia, Sent-Gyorgyiā€™s research
appears to belong to the evolution of two
distinct stages of mathematical intuition:

one now linked to space exploration and
the other related to the modern day
dysfunctional information epidemic.
From Ancient Sumerian astrological
intuitions, we inherited a seven day week
comprising 24 hour days with 60 minute
hours. Also, their developed sense of
direction gave us a circle of 360 degrees.
Both their time and guidance
mathematics are now used by rocket
scientists throughout the world to explore
the mechanical nature of universal reality.
Conversely, the Sumerian intuitions
about the nature of infinity were derived
from religious persuasions concerning
various warlike gods of creation
bestowing immortality upon the keeper of
the Ark during the Great Flood,
containing no mathematical awareness.
However, The warring gods associated
with the story of the Ark later spread to
other civilisations, providing concepts of
infinity governed by many vengeful gods.
The Babylonian culture developed the
Sumerian time mathematics to the stage
that their priests could accurately predict
eclipses. This stargazing accuracy is made
clear by the discovery of a baked clay
tablet written by a Babylonian priest to
his king. The message reads to the effect
that the gods demanded that the 673 BC
lunar eclipse be used by the king to
terrorise the population, inciting them
with a lust for war. The goddess Ishtar,
the Sumerian Inanna, demanded that
they become sexually excited to advance
the art of waging war to increase the
power of the Babylonian Kingdom.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, the champion of
American Democracy during the 19th
Century, wrote that the American people
were driven into debt slavery by their
financial controllers using legal arguments

mathematical legal system. He considered
that freedom from their yoke lay in the
infinite mathematical knowledge
contained in Sanskrit mathematics, from
which could be deduced a new supra-
survival technology.
The search for the antidote embraced
Isaac Newtonā€™s conviction than ancient
Greek science was the authority
concerning the functioning of a (spiritual)
non-mechanical universe. It is important
to note that this science held that
unformed matter within the atom could
emerge to destroy civilisation. Kant
introduced electromagnetic forces into his
Science-Art Research, based on the
ancient scientific thinking. This insight
associated his findings with Szent-
Gyorgyiā€™s conviction that the problem of
human survival was an electromagnetic
problem at the molecular level.
The inventor of the alternating
electromagnetic motor, Charles
Steinmetz, described a future new
spiritual science and technology as being
far superior to the physical mechanistic
one he had helped to create. Both Kant
and Levinas referred to Platoā€™s missing
artistic, intuitive, spiritual element as an
'asymmetrical electromagnetic' field
inhabiting the truly creative mind. This
understanding paved the way for the
discovery of the antidote.
The eccentric artist, Salvador Dali, was
deeply involved in many aspects of
research mentioned within this article.
His conviction that paintings contained a
hidden stereoscopic message about a
future scientific culture is an example of
his depth of understanding. His use of two
pictures to reveal stereoscopic imagery
now exists in museums throughout the
world. His painting, Geopoliticus Child
depicts a child being born into the

Science-Art Third Culture of the
molecular biologist Sir C P Snow, which,
like the theories of Szent-Gyorgyi, was in
opposition to science being governed by a
law demanding the extinction of all life in
the universe.
The Proceedings of the National Academy of
Sciences of the United States of America in 2004
included the paper, Binocularity and Brain
Evolution in Primates. It stated that, ā€œwhile
stereoscopic vision in primates is
incredibly complex, its evolutionary
purpose is unknownā€. Conversely, The
British Medical Journal in 1953 published
a paper entitled Evolution of Binocular and
Stereoscopic Vision in Man and Other Animals.
In its conclusion, the question was raised
as to whether complicated inner
stereoscopic vision within the human
mind would ensure human survival or be
used to destroy civilisation. From the
English research, it was deduced that the
nature of Kantā€™s asymmetrical
electromagnetic spiritual vision must be
stereoscopic.
Having located asymmetrical
electromagnetic stereoscopic glasses
patented in 2002, the Centre realised that
many artists were painting hidden
stereoscopic images more vividly than
those in Daliā€™s paintings. Further
research, disregarded by mainstream
science, identified that the sought for
living information, free from the
information epidemic, must be
transferred during the process of human
cell division. The next step to discover the
antidote was to obtain a high-resolution
picture of the geometric structure of the
human cell at the point of dividing to
create its replica. No analytical procedure
exists to explain such a process.
As anticipated, the shape of the cell
poised to divide was obviously an infinite
fractal expression, a fact well beyond our
old scientific world-viewā€™s ability to fully
understand.
Georg Cantor, arguably historyā€™s most
famous mathematician, was also the most
vilified. A deeply religious person, Cantor
was convinced that God had given him
the task of building a mathematical bridge
ā€˜Phoenix Mathematicus' by Robert Pope

to paradise. Although Cantorā€™s work
upholds most of modern science, he wrote
that the modern scientific mind was
ā€œinhabited by a myopic fear of infinityā€.
That conviction was deeply offensive to
many of the worldā€™s foremost scientists
and mathematicians, whose merciless
criticisms drove him to his deathbed.
However, one great mathematician,
David Hilbert, working on a project with
Einstein, agreed that Cantor had
succeeded in constructing his
mathematical bridge to Paradise.
Hilbert's electromagnetic mathematics
fused with Cantorā€™s infinite mathematical
sensibilities revealed the long-sought-after
antidote.
Most money-making electromagnetic
technology harnesses what is called the
right-hand electromagnetic rule.
However, living information flows in the
opposite direction to the energies of
extinction, obeying the lesser known left-
hand electromagnetic rule. During
healthy cell division, the transfer of
dysfunctional epidemic information
cannot be passed on to the replica
daughter cell. What medical science has
been referring to as junk DNA appears to
be a network of information and
communication devices dispersed along
the length of the DNA strand to maintain
future intuitive emotions about
evolutionary health and wellbeing. This
research, fused with the antidote
discovery, will lead to the mathematics
needed to generate the human survival
blueprint.
The Science-Art Research Centre of
Australia, in liaison with the Medicinal
Chemistry Department of Pavia
University in Italy and Quantum Art
International in Italy, presented the
antidote discovery together with artwork
at the RUSSIAN ART WEEK XX
International Exhibition & Competition
of Contemporary Arts, Central House of

Centre's work was awarded a First Prize,
under the auspices of the World Fund for
Arts, the Government of Moscow, the

Art Union.
The following 'To Whom it May
Concern' letter, was written in 1998 by
the late telecommunications engineer,
Bert Cunnington, who was a senior Social
Security Advisor to the Government. It
predicted that because of our unbalanced
thermodynamic worldview Australia
would move towards a serious financial
crisis. Australian arts and scientific
administrators must now take this
seriously, to prevent Cunnington's
forecast coming to pass.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Re: The Annual General Report for 1995 - 1996, Yearly Directorā€™s Report
by Robert Pope, Director of the Science - Art Research Centre of Australia Inc.
Before commenting upon the report, it is appropriate that I should review my own background
in order that the reader may have an appreciation of the perspective form which I speak. I
was originally trained in engineering. Following experience as a draftsman in the ā€œoldā€ Post
Master General (PMG) Department, I was transferred to the commonwealth Department of
Supply. This work involved two major aspects. Firstly a survey of existing technical refocus to
determine their suitability for defence contracting and then preparing a report outlining
necessary changes. Then secondly, supervising the technical aspects of all defence
contracting for the State. I then shifted back to the PMGā€™s Department to supervise the
maintenance and upgrading of existing facilities within a regional area of Queensland. Finally,
I was involved in the design and construction of a high rise telecommunications complex.
during this time I became aware that my understanding of the social processes in Australia
was extremely limited and I joined the Australian Commission o fEnquiry into poverty under
then Minister, Bill Hayden. This work as a Senior Researcher involved three major aspects.
Firstly, a survey on existing consumer protection legislation and agencies to see to what
extent they were providing the needs of the poor and disadvantaged. Secondly, a survey on
social security recipients to see how they evaluated the Department of Social Security and
ļ¬nally, the drafting of sections of the Commissionā€™s ļ¬nal report.
I then teased work for four years to undertake Ph.D. studies into the values, ideology and
imagery of workers, trade union ofļ¬cials and managers. Upon completion of these studies, I
accepted an appointment to set up and teach marketing at a newly formed CAE. Twelve
months later i accepted a similar appointment in the School of Social and Industrial
Administration at Grifļ¬th University. Not surprisingly, my research work has been deeply
involved with technology. My ļ¬rst sabbatical was spent at the University of Oregon where I
studied the nature of development of high technology products for the 21st Century and
covered an extensive study of strategic networks and strategic alliances in this process.

Particularly important were human psychological problems relating to idea and technology
transfer. The resulting publications from the above research was covered at international
conferences and by journals, books and monographs. I am currently on a third sabbatical,
carrying out research onto challenges of life int he 21st Century.
I have read with interest, the 1995 - 1996 Yearly Directorā€™s Report by Robert Pope the
Director of the Science - Art Research Centre of Australia Inc. and his submission of the cth
September to the P.M.
Robert Popeā€™s research methodology involves an interpretation of classic philosophy of art
from a perspective of open universal energy systems. The success and importance of his
research methodology and its associated techniques have been highly acclaimed by the
Head of Applied Mathematics at the Australian National University and the Head of
Mathematics at Kings College, London University. The importance of his work may be
deduced from the fact that our traditional linking physics with the social sciences, to obtain
concepts of social thermodynamics. are now unacceptable to a growing number of scientists
throughout the world who are working at the cutting edge of developing a new science for
human survival and betterment. It is becoming apparent that tour traditional concept of social
thermodynamics can only lead Australia toward economic an d cultural collapse and it is a
matter of great urgency that this understanding be replaced by another model incorporating
new physics laws governing human health and well-being.
Robert Popeā€™s model of universal reality, in which the phospholipid activity with the cellular
membrane is identiļ¬ed as a transceiver mechanism t maintain health is highly relevant to
important modern scientiļ¬c research overseas. His work is at a fundamental level of
importance toward the establishment of a new physics of health that will provide real
opportunity for our survival through mutual human co-operation.
I am aware that the Tweed River Regional Art Gallery has invited the Science - Art Research
Centre to put together an Australian touring exhibition for 1998, titled ā€œPast, present, future.ā€
The Scientiļ¬c an dMedical Network in England has offered to extend this tour overseas into
the new millennium. The objective of this tour is to present to society the ratiļ¬cation of the
hew humanitarian model of social thermodynamics by distinguished scientists associated with
the network. This portrayal of a new humanitarian scientiļ¬c paradigm is designed to position
Australia to play a leading part in the development of a new important science of medicine.
some ļ¬fteen years ago, Robert Pope launched a simple science - art research program
which, in becoming more complex, became directly associated with eh discovery of novel
phenomenon thus satisfying the criteria necessary for that research program to be considered
scientiļ¬c. From my own area of expertise, I have no hesitation in classifying his international
science - art touring exhibition to be a bona-ļ¬de scientiļ¬c activity of the meatiest possible
social importance.
Robert Poe is a scientiļ¬c and artistic researcher who has modelled his activity upon that of
Leonardo da Vinci. That this is no mere boast is conļ¬rmed by the acclaim in which he is held
in international scientiļ¬c and artistic circles.
Robert Pope is an Australian asset of great value who will assist in leading Australian into the
21st Century. I have no hesitation in commending the work of this Centre to those who may
read this reference.

To whom it may concern,
The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia is run by Australian artists, scientists and academics,
including Managing Director, Professor Robert Pope and Treasurer, Robert Todonai.
Prof. Pope published in international scientific and multidisciplinary scholarly journals including,
the Journal of the International Society for Art, Science and Technology (LEONARDO), ZAMP,
and Il Nuovo Cimento. The Centre's seashell mathematics papers in Il Nuovo Cimento were
reprinted by IEEE in Washington as being among the important scientific works of the 20th
Century and placed alongside the work of Sir Francis Crick, discoverer of DNA.
Robert Popeā€™s research methodology involves an interpretation of classic philosophy of art
from a perspective of open universal energy systems.
He collaborate with me from several years to the 21st Century Renaissance Quantum-Art
project, and recently we are focusing on research concerning a relationship between health
and stereoscopic lensing within the mind. The research objectives are the theory and artwork
related to obtaining an antidote to the global epidemic transmitted by the mass production of
dysfunctional information of communication devices.
I endorse Prof. Pope because his work is at a fundamental level of importance toward the
establishment of a new physics of health that will provide real opportunity for our survival
through mutual human cooperation.

During the earlier research to balance our thermodynamic culture with concepts associated
with linking living, infinite mathematics with the evolution of creative consciousness the
Australian Government depicted a Science-Art painting on the front cover of their Foreign
Affairs Record and published relevant theory on page one. However, as the associated
philosophical theory began to be critical of traditional information evaluation the previous
support declined.
ā€˜The Engineer' by Robert Pope. Depicting da Vinci's militaristic mathematical understanding of technology bringing about
confusion as to the evolutionary meaning of life.
14.
ā€˜Cantor's Vision of Infinity' by Robert Pope
ā€˜The Social Cradle' by Robert Todonai
15.
Due to the prevailing obsolete thermodynamic culture the pioneering of Creative Physics
theory and discovery in Australia was denied traditional academic recognition. However, the
Northern Herald article below contains a brief record of important recognition up to 1989.
Please note: The Director of the Centre was awarded the 1989 Dorothy Knox Fellowship for
Distinguished Persons and was teaching undergraduate students at Macquarie University.
They were enthusiastic over Creative Physics philosophy but complained bitterly that their
mentors, locked into an obsolete thermodynamic culture were unable to discuss relevant
human survival concepts. ABC National Television had documented Pope's Science-Art
concepts on the program, The Scientists - Profiles of Discovery, screened throughout Australia and
internationally. Scientists were critical of his work at the University of Sydney in 1986. This
was investigated two years later by Dr Calvin Miller, Science Writer for the Australian
Medical Observer, who stated that the work of the Centre was establishing the basis of a 21st
Century Renaissance.
16.
17.
During 2016 Macquarie University selected Robert Pope for participation in a Science-Art
survey, mailing him a complex set of details on the government's criteria for the development
of Australian culture. After perusing this information he realised that obedience to the
obsolete thermodynamic cultural dictates were still firmly embedded into the scientific
conviction that all life must become extinct. He saw this as a quantum mechanical
carcinogenic information expression urgently requiring a balancing modification by its
entanglement with living quantum neurological information flowing in the opposite direction
to mechanistic chaos. This will surely lead to new human survival technologies, making visible
the genius of the inventor of the alternating current motor, clearly predicting the spiritual
phenomena belonging to Immanuel Kant's anticipated asymmetrical electromagnetic evolving
inner artistic creative intuition.
"The greatest discovery and development of the coming years
will be along spiritual lines. Here is a force which history
clearly teaches has been the greatest power in the
development of man and history, and yet we have been
merely playing with it and never seriously studied it as we
have physical forces. Some day people will learn that material
things do not bring happiness and are of little use in making
men and women creative and powerful. Then the scientists of
the world will turn their laboratories over to the study of the
spiritual forces. When this day comes, the world would see
more advancement in one generation than it has in the past
four."
Charles Proteus Steinmetz Inventor of the alternating
current motor
The Statutory Declaration shown on the following page has been included to provide a
glimpse of the magnitude of the Centre's Antidote discovery with extremely important similar
research being conducted in the United Kingdom.

  • 1. ANTIDOTE by Professor Robert Pope Artwork by Robert Pope, Robert Todonai and Chris Degenhardt
  • 2. his document contains artwork, which when viewed through asymmetrical electromagnetic stereoscopic glasses provides the world's first visual confirmation that Salvador Dali's conviction that artwork evokes an important hidden 3D inner vision, belongs to a crucial future human survival science. The crucial mathematics needed to explore Dali's ideas beyond his artistic intuitions was provided by the scientist Professor Petar Grujic in his paper, The Concept of a Fractal Cosmos: Anaxagoras' Cosmology. The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia in collaboration with the recipient of the Order of Honour "Albert Einstein" Medal, the late Professor Wolfgang Weber, fused Grujic's ideas into a quantum biological neuroscience. This work revealed that our thermodynamic culture harboured a dysfunctional information virus, the antidote to which was discovered by the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia. Weber, as a development engineer, and Head of the Development Sector in AEG-Telefunken Institute of Automatic Control in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin, was a world authority on telecommunications information. By fusing quantum mechanical information logic with quantum biology research conducted by the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Pavia, Italy, the Italian scientists and their Quantum Art International colleagues have become an integral aspect of their 21st Century Renaissance.

ANTIDOTE by Professor Robert Pope Artwork by Robert Pope, Robert Todonai and Chris Degenhardt Published by The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia Incorporated (An Australian Government Approved Research Institute) PO Box 733 Murwillumbah NSW 2484 Australia email: pope@science-art.com.au Ā© The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia Incorporated Published on 24 November 2016 ISBN 978-0-9586640-1-1 This book is copyright. The views expressed in this publication are the personal opinions of the Science-Art author, Robert Pope. They are based on over forty years of internationally recognised prize-winning scientific research. The reader is encouraged to explore the alleged association of those views with the sciences and the arts. The Science-Art Centre was incorporated as the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia Inc. (Australian Government Approved Research Institute) in 1995. In 2002 the Science-Art Centre was registered as a business name, separate from the non-profit Science-Art Research Centre of Australia Inc.
  • 4. Introduction Ancient Chinese and Greek Wisdom The scientific foundations of the 21st Century Renaissance were laid by Chinaā€™s most highly awarded physicist, Professor Kun Huang. At the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy in 1979, he befriended the Australian Science-Art philosopher, Robert Pope. The artist had become involved in a very animated argument with American and English scientists by claiming that the prevailing thermodynamic world-view was heading for collapse and needed to pay heed to the Chinese philosopher who had introduced ancient Chinese philosophy into the work of the Nobel Laureates atomic scientists Neils Bohr and Max Born. i.
  • 5. Pope argued that the ancient Chinese wisdom was compatible with the 3rd Century BC Greek atomic Science for Ethical Ends, which had been ignored by modern scienceā€™s obsession with the process of humanity becoming extinct. Kun Huang happened to be the Chinese philosopher that the artist was referring to and who had later provided the research methodology to prove his argument. Pope returned to Australia and his Science-Art Research Centre became the first institute in the world to be able to measure the existence of the laws governing the evolution of healthy biological growth and development. During 2001, at Cambridge University, Robert Pope delivered a lecture to scientists associated with the Human Genome Project, advising them that it was about to disintegrate into a state of confusion. Chinese scientists attending the lecture became interested in his theories developed from Kun Huangā€™s ideas. A week later his prediction made world news and they wrote to the Chinese Government to award the artist a residency at Yangzhou University. Extract from lecture scheduled to be delivered at Cambridge University, 8 June, 2001, at the Board Room, Faculty of English (Session Name: hermes.cam.ac.uk 7). Mr. Pope, a prestigious professor and internationally acclaimed artist, is the director of the Science- Art Research Centre of Australia. His theory concerning that "Art becomes the catalyst to introduce the cultural significance of a vast new science of life into the general cultural awareness" is widely accepted, and he was appointed an Artist Delegate by UNESCO at the Einstein Celebratory World Summit Meeting of Science in Trieste. ii.
  • 6. In 2004 the New South Wales State Ministry for the Arts brought to Australia a delegation of Chinese Science-Art researchers who had worked with Robert Pope in China. They stayed at the Science-Art Research Centre to participate in the Tweed City of the Arts, Science-Art Festival. The following year the head of the delegation, Professor Cam Ming, returned to Australia with a book celebrating his stay at Centre's Castle on the Hill. In 1990 the worldā€™s largest technological research institute, IEEE in Washington, reprinted the Australian discovery first published in Italy's leading scientific journal, Il Nuovo Cimento. IEEE considered it as one of the important optical discoveries of the 20th Century, placing it alongside such names as Louis Pasteur and Sir Francis Crick. In 2009 Robert Pope and the Centreā€™s mathematician were awarded Gold Medal Laureate awards from the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science in London, for locating new information sources beyond the limitations of quantum mechanics. During the following year world famous Italian quantum biologists and their Quantum Art International Science-Art associates fused the Centreā€™s work into the developing science of quantum biology. • 7. During 2016, the Italian quantum biologists headed by Professor Massimo Pregnolato, one of the recipients of the 2010 Giorgio Napolitano Medal awarded on behalf of the Republic of Italy, presented the Centreā€™s second major optics discovery to the world, winning an international first prize for the discovery of the antidote to the global epidemic of dysfunctional transmitted by the mass production of dysfunctional information and communication devices. The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia, together with the Head of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at Pavia University in Italy and their Science-Art colleagues throughout the world, represented by Quantum Art International in Italy, selected Australia as the ideal multicultural society to launch their 21st Century Renaissance. Proceeds from this Obtaining the Human Survival Blueprint project, as a tourist venture, is designed to develop quantum biological research, which over the years will provide further support for understanding the ethical purpose of evolving stereoscopic consciousness. Due to this work developing concepts beyond the limits of the present obsolete thermodynamic culture, the spirit of the new renaissance will be kept alive by its further quantum biological discoveries. The concept of establishing a tourist attraction celebrating the world's first visualisation of the new technology provides a more dramatic visualisation of the crucial hidden stereoscopic message in artwork pioneered by Salvador Dali during the 20th Century. From this visual perspective programmed into a computer alongside the antidote information it will be possible to generate the human survival blueprint, along similar lines as Kun Huang's research methodology, which had obtained the seashell survival simulations. • 8. n the year 2016, the world learned about the corrupt nature of high finance political power where rhetoric, accompanied by artistic pomp and ceremony, shocked the world. During the 3rd Century BC, the Greek mathematician, Plato, predicted such a situation. He referred to this corruption as a mixture of showmanship, glamour and displays of great wealth, disguising games of deceitful mind manipulation, as illusory, unethical art. Plato had used his mathematics to help invent the ancient Greek Science for Ethical Ends, to help guide future ennobling government. During the 18th Century, the philosopher, Immanuel Kant, laid the foundations of the electromagnetic Golden Age of Danish Science, by researching the difference between Platoā€™s idea of unethical art and the idea of ethical, artistic, political wisdom. From Kantā€™s many volumes of convoluted research about the nature of moral thought, lay hidden the electromagnetic solution to Platoā€™s missing artistic, spiritual ethic, needed as the basis of a futuristic technology to protect the structure of ennobling government. It is now evident that the nature of deceitful, political, financial manipulation is related to psychological behaviour, as well as the result of social engineering. By programming the astute information of the super rich alongside ethical data, it is possible to generate a human survival blueprint. By entangling the human survival information with their financial knowledge, the mega-rich can enjoy creating sustainable wealth as well as further enhancing the general social condition. This concept is difficult to grasp under the logic base upholding our obsolete mainstream science. ā€˜The Balance of Ethical and Unethical Mathematical Emotionā€™ by Robert Pope 1.
  • 9. The present political situation can be considered to be an addictive disease similar to the mathematical programming within a poker-machine, designed to bring about states of financial and moral bankruptcy. Such machines, accompanied by beguiling musical sound and mesmerising colour vibrations can lead to a compulsion as strong as a heroin addiction. This relationship between mathematics and aesthetically pleasing art forms is designed to bring about states of financial and moral bankruptcy, for the benefit of a select few. This seductive programming is a variation of the global stock-market game to anticipate future benefits based upon false visions. Sooner or later those benefits will become part of historyā€™s long record of violence and ruin. Government appointed epidemiologists are responsible for the evolutionary health and well-being of community development. They have located a global epidemic transmitted from the mass production of information and communication devices for which they have no antidote. This lack of remedy reveals a deficiency within our scientific mindset, which is also infected by the existing dysfunctional mathematical mental disorder. When mainstream science can no longer deny that its mindset is affected by dysfunctional, mechanistic information, scientists, unable to face this fact, suffer culture shock resentment. It is therefore necessary to provide concrete evidence to support such a devastating mental diagnosis. However, unless the general public realises that proof exists to support such a prognosis, then science will not address the problem. Scientists will spin such evidence any way they can to keep the vital proof away from public scrutiny. Otherwise, the existing money machine will act against their livelihoods. For us to locate this critical human survival antidote, mainstream science must first be exposed as being innately deceitful. We have been led to understand that the basis of quantum mechanics came from Sir Isaac Newtonā€™s idea that the mass of objects in space was the cause of gravity. As children, the example of an apple falling on Newtonā€™s head was used to explain gravity. The first step to understanding the nature of the antidote for this misinformation, is for the general public to know that these ideas are just myths, and that Newton did not think that way at all (see the statement below). Newton, as a christian was deeply The proof of this lies in the UNIVERSAL DICTIONARY of the ARTS, SCIENCES, LITERATURE 2nd Edition, Volume XIV, page 118. The definitions of the words Mechanical and Mechanically on that page came from Sir Isaac Newtonā€™s little known but published 28th Query Discussions. They state that Newton considered that the idea that the mass of objects in space causing gravity was a pretentious hypothesis, based upon completely false first-cause principle logic. 2.
  • 10. religious, but hostile to unscientific Church dogma. If various religious persuasions insist their deity is the custodian of infinite reality then wars are inevitable. This irrational behaviour prevents people from searching for any scientific, Godlike, universal purpose. Newton held the ā€˜hereticalā€™ belief that the universe was infinite and that ancient Greek pagan science was the authority on the non-mechanical (spiritual) aspect of gravitational force. Quantum mechanics came into existence based on the fundamentally false assumption that all life in the universe must become extinct, denying humanity access to infinity. Professor Simon Schnoll of the Institute of Biophysics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, had for many years examined data from Princeton Universityā€™s Global Consciousness Project. He discovered an extremely complex subatomic aspect of space-time information synchronising with Earth timeā€™s day, lunar month and sidereal year movements. He demonstrated that this information was intuitively accessed by the human mind. Both Schnoll and the author of this article were presented with a 2009 Gold Medal Laureate Award by the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science in London. Both had reached the identical conclusion that the language of quantum mechanical information was incomplete, agreeing with Einsteinā€™s concern that it lacked a crucial living language element. The missing antidote for human survival is now known to be encoded in the entanglement between quantum mechanics and quantum biology and this has serious implications for society. ā€˜Fractal Precession' by Robert Todonai 3.
  • 11. In 1979, following advice from Professor Kun Huang, Chinaā€™s most highly awarded physicist, the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia was able to measure the life-force governing healthy seashell growth and development over a period of millions of years. Italyā€™s scientific journal, Il Nuovo Cimento, during the 1980s, published this astounding breakthrough. In 1990 the worldā€™s largest technological research institute, IEEE in Washington, reprinted the discovery as an important optics breakthrough of the 20th Century, placing it alongside such names as Louis Pasteur and Francis Crick. It soon became evident that modern science had a serious problem concerning the nature of living information. The mathematics used to measure the existence of the seashell life-force was associated with the mathematics taught to Leonardo da Vinci by the mathematician, Fra Luca Pacioli, who was familiar with the ancient Greek Ionian model of an infinite universe. Da Vinci, who led the world regarding mechanical, mathematical logic, together with Rene Descartes and Sir Roger Bacon became the pivotal persons who ushered in the Industrial Age. However Leonardo, acclaimed as a mechanical genius, was considered by his peers at the Florentine Academy to be ignorant of the life-force ethos belonging to Pacioliā€™s ethical mathematics. The worldā€™s fossil record proved beyond any doubt the authenticity of the Centreā€™s mathematics governing the shape of seashell evolution. However, consideration that the mathematical programming from the life-force within the shell contradicted the very structure of our mechanistic culture, was too much for mainstream science's limited worldview. The mathematics that the Centre used extended the life-force to infinity, as opposed to conventional physics, which demands that all life in the universe must eventually become extinct. With the discovery of infinite fractal geometrical logic being associated with the living process, the extinction concept is shown to be mathematically illogical. If mechanistic mathematics is used to try and obtain the seashell survival blueprints, the computer simulations soon become carcinogenic distortions. Therefore, the nature of the poker- machine-like information epidemic follows the same destructive extinction principle, showing in effect that it belongs to some form of evolutionary cancer. The 1937 Nobel Laureate in Medicine, 4.
  • 12. Szent-Gyorgyi realised that the inability of the scientific mind to link the living process to the scientific nature of infinity belonged to an ancient, tribal, ape-like mentality defending itself against death or enslavement from other tribes. His book, The Crazy Ape, referred to scientists unable to understand that the evolution of human consciousness, at a subatomic level, was about a mental process governed by a scientific understanding of the nature of infinity. Modern science, however, is regulated by the carcinogenic concept that all life in the universe must become extinct. Alternatively, 21st Century quantum biology cancer research knows that living information flows in the opposite direction to the energy laws that demand such extinction. The medical antidote to the present global dysfunctional epidemic began its construction with Szent-Gyorgyiā€™s earlier research work. Szent-Gyorgyi predicted that the prevailing worldview of his time was an electromagnetic, carcinogenic problem at the molecular level. The American Government, unable to accept ideas about freeing the modern scientific mind from its role of creating wealth through debt, refused to fund his request to establish a cancer research institute. Following a 1971 newspaper interview about this issue, the director of a legal firm, Franklin Salisbury, contacted Szent- Gyorgyi and later helped him establish the National Foundation for Cancer Research, as a private nonprofit organisation. • 13. Laureate proposed the term ā€˜syntropyā€™ associated with information theory. The engineering genius, Buckminster Fuller, in his book, Utopia or Oblivion, adopted this term in describing the workings of a synergetic universe, free from the old chaotic extinction law. Aspects of Buckminster Fullerā€™s research, sympathetic to an adoption of a science functioning beyond the limitations imposed by our old extinction obsession, has been completely ignored by mainstream science. The three 1996 Nobel Laureates in Chemistry realised that Fullerā€™s research was associated with fundamental features of cancer study and formed a company to develop Fullerene Chemistry. However, it appears that they were not aware that Fuller had derived his theories from the research of the ancient Greek mathematician, Plato. The Science-Art Research Centreā€™s Platonic- Fullerene Chemistry, although very well represented on the Internet, attracted no interest whatsoever from established science. Harvard Universityā€™s Novartis Professor, Amy Edmondson, in her The Fuller Explanation, a biography of Buckminster Fuller, excused him for plagiarising Plato's mathematics as the basis of his synergistic universe (Chapter 4. Tools of the Trade, Platoā€™s Discovery, page 37). Note that although this book is online, it is not the current edition. If we look back at the dawn of civilisation in Mesopotamia, Sent-Gyorgyiā€™s research appears to belong to the evolution of two distinct stages of mathematical intuition: A Science-Art Cancer Research Portal Castle on the Hill Exhibition March 2014 Poster selected from a Science-Art Cancer Research Exhibition depicting work by Chris Degenhardt 6.

From Ancient Sumerian astrological intuitions, we inherited a seven day week comprising 24 hour days with 60 minute hours. Also, their developed sense of direction gave us a circle of 360 degrees. Both their time and guidance mathematics are now used by rocket scientists throughout the world to explore the mechanical nature of universal reality. Conversely, the Sumerian intuitions about the nature of infinity were derived from religious persuasions concerning various warlike gods of creation bestowing immortality upon the keeper of the Ark during the Great Flood, containing no mathematical awareness. However, The warring gods associated with the story of the Ark later spread to other civilisations, providing concepts of infinity governed by many vengeful gods. The Babylonian culture developed the Sumerian time mathematics to the stage that their priests could accurately predict eclipses. This stargazing accuracy is made clear by the discovery of a baked clay tablet written by a Babylonian priest to his king. The message reads to the effect that the gods demanded that the 673 BC lunar eclipse be used by the king to terrorise the population, inciting them with a lust for war. The goddess Ishtar, the Sumerian Inanna, demanded that they become sexually excited to advance the art of waging war to increase the power of the Babylonian Kingdom. Ralph Waldo Emerson, the champion of American Democracy during the 19th Century, wrote that the American people were driven into debt slavery by their financial controllers using legal arguments inherited from the Babylonian The Evolution of the Holographic Mind The Optics of Goethe's Colour Perception Theory Glimpses of Future Survival Technology Poster selected from a 2014 Science-Art Cancer Research Exhibition depicting work by Robert Todonai 7.

He considered that freedom from their yoke lay in the infinite mathematical knowledge contained in Sanskrit mathematics, from which could be deduced a new supra- survival technology. The search for the antidote embraced Isaac Newtonā€™s conviction than ancient Greek science was the authority concerning the functioning of a (spiritual) non-mechanical universe. It is important to note that this science held that unformed matter within the atom could emerge to destroy civilisation. Kant introduced electromagnetic forces into his Science-Art Research, based on the ancient scientific thinking. This insight associated his findings with Szent- Gyorgyiā€™s conviction that the problem of human survival was an electromagnetic problem at the molecular level. The inventor of the alternating electromagnetic motor, Charles Steinmetz, described a future new spiritual science and technology as being far superior to the physical mechanistic one he had helped to create. Both Kant and Levinas referred to Platoā€™s missing artistic, intuitive, spiritual element as an 'asymmetrical electromagnetic' field inhabiting the truly creative mind. This understanding paved the way for the discovery of the antidote. The eccentric artist, Salvador Dali, was deeply involved in many aspects of research mentioned within this article. His conviction that paintings contained a hidden stereoscopic message about a future scientific culture is an example of his depth of understanding. His use of two pictures to reveal stereoscopic imagery now exists in museums throughout the world. His painting, Geopoliticus Child depicts a child being born into the ā€˜The Templar Quintessence' by Robert Pope 8.
  • 16. Science-Art Third Culture of the molecular biologist Sir C P Snow, which, like the theories of Szent-Gyorgyi, was in opposition to science being governed by a law demanding the extinction of all life in the universe. The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America in 2004 included the paper, Binocularity and Brain Evolution in Primates. It stated that, ā€œwhile stereoscopic vision in primates is incredibly complex, its evolutionary purpose is unknownā€. Conversely, The British Medical Journal in 1953 published a paper entitled Evolution of Binocular and Stereoscopic Vision in Man and Other Animals. In its conclusion, the question was raised as to whether complicated inner stereoscopic vision within the human mind would ensure human survival or be used to destroy civilisation. From the English research, it was deduced that the nature of Kantā€™s asymmetrical electromagnetic spiritual vision must be stereoscopic. Having located asymmetrical electromagnetic stereoscopic glasses patented in 2002, the Centre realised that many artists were painting hidden stereoscopic images more vividly than those in Daliā€™s paintings. Further research, disregarded by mainstream science, identified that the sought for living information, free from the information epidemic, must be transferred during the process of human cell division. The next step to discover the antidote was to obtain a high-resolution picture of the geometric structure of the human cell at the point of dividing to create its replica. No analytical procedure exists to explain such a process. As anticipated, the shape of the cell poised to divide was obviously an infinite fractal expression, a fact well beyond our old scientific world-viewā€™s ability to fully understand. Georg Cantor, arguably historyā€™s most famous mathematician, was also the most vilified. A deeply religious person, Cantor was convinced that God had given him the task of building a mathematical bridge ā€˜Phoenix Mathematicus' by Robert Pope 9.
  • 17. to paradise. Although Cantorā€™s work upholds most of modern science, he wrote that the modern scientific mind was ā€œinhabited by a myopic fear of infinityā€. That conviction was deeply offensive to many of the worldā€™s foremost scientists and mathematicians, whose merciless criticisms drove him to his deathbed. However, one great mathematician, David Hilbert, working on a project with Einstein, agreed that Cantor had succeeded in constructing his mathematical bridge to Paradise. Hilbert's electromagnetic mathematics fused with Cantorā€™s infinite mathematical sensibilities revealed the long-sought-after antidote. Most money-making electromagnetic technology harnesses what is called the right-hand electromagnetic rule. However, living information flows in the opposite direction to the energies of extinction, obeying the lesser known left- hand electromagnetic rule. During healthy cell division, the transfer of dysfunctional epidemic information cannot be passed on to the replica daughter cell. What medical science has been referring to as junk DNA appears to be a network of information and communication devices dispersed along the length of the DNA strand to maintain future intuitive emotions about evolutionary health and wellbeing. This research, fused with the antidote discovery, will lead to the mathematics needed to generate the human survival blueprint. The Science-Art Research Centre of Australia, in liaison with the Medicinal Chemistry Department of Pavia University in Italy and Quantum Art International in Italy, presented the antidote discovery together with artwork at the RUSSIAN ART WEEK XX International Exhibition & Competition of Contemporary Arts, Central House of Artists Gallery Museum in Moscow. The Centre's work was awarded a First Prize, under the auspices of the World Fund for Arts, the Government of Moscow, the Artists Union of Russia and the European Art Union. The following 'To Whom it May Concern' letter, was written in 1998 by the late telecommunications engineer, Bert Cunnington, who was a senior Social Security Advisor to the Government. It predicted that because of our unbalanced thermodynamic worldview Australia would move towards a serious financial crisis. Australian arts and scientific administrators must now take this seriously, to prevent Cunnington's forecast coming to pass. 10.

Before commenting upon the report, it is appropriate that I should review my own background in order that the reader may have an appreciation of the perspective form which I speak. I was originally trained in engineering. Following experience as a draftsman in the ā€œoldā€ Post Master General (PMG) Department, I was transferred to the commonwealth Department of Supply. This work involved two major aspects. Firstly a survey of existing technical refocus to determine their suitability for defence contracting and then preparing a report outlining necessary changes. Then secondly, supervising the technical aspects of all defence contracting for the State. I then shifted back to the PMGā€™s Department to supervise the maintenance and upgrading of existing facilities within a regional area of Queensland. Finally, I was involved in the design and construction of a high rise telecommunications complex. during this time I became aware that my understanding of the social processes in Australia was extremely limited and I joined the Australian Commission o fEnquiry into poverty under then Minister, Bill Hayden. This work as a Senior Researcher involved three major aspects. Firstly, a survey on existing consumer protection legislation and agencies to see to what extent they were providing the needs of the poor and disadvantaged. Secondly, a survey on social security recipients to see how they evaluated the Department of Social Security and ļ¬nally, the drafting of sections of the Commissionā€™s ļ¬nal report. I then teased work for four years to undertake Ph.D. studies into the values, ideology and imagery of workers, trade union ofļ¬cials and managers. Upon completion of these studies, I accepted an appointment to set up and teach marketing at a newly formed CAE. Twelve months later i accepted a similar appointment in the School of Social and Industrial Administration at Grifļ¬th University. Not surprisingly, my research work has been deeply involved with technology. My ļ¬rst sabbatical was spent at the University of Oregon where I studied the nature of development of high technology products for the 21st Century and covered an extensive study of strategic networks and strategic alliances in this process. The resulting publications from the above research was covered at international conferences and by journals, books and monographs. I am currently on a third sabbatical, carrying out research onto challenges of life int he 21st Century. I have read with interest, the 1995 - 1996 Yearly Directorā€™s Report by Robert Pope the Director of the Science - Art Research Centre of Australia Inc. and his submission of the cth September to the P.M. Robert Popeā€™s research methodology involves an interpretation of classic philosophy of art from a perspective of open universal energy systems. The success and importance of his research methodology and its associated techniques have been highly acclaimed by the Head of Applied Mathematics at the Australian National University and the Head of Mathematics at Kings College, London University. The importance of his work may be deduced from the fact that our traditional linking physics with the social sciences, to obtain concepts of social thermodynamics. are now unacceptable to a growing number of scientists throughout the world who are working at the cutting edge of developing a new science for human survival and betterment. It is becoming apparent that tour traditional concept of social thermodynamics can only lead Australia toward economic an d cultural collapse and it is a matter of great urgency that this understanding be replaced by another model incorporating new physics laws governing human health and well-being. Robert Popeā€™s model of universal reality, in which the phospholipid activity with the cellular membrane is identiļ¬ed as a transceiver mechanism t maintain health is highly relevant to important modern scientiļ¬c research overseas. His work is at a fundamental level of importance toward the establishment of a new physics of health that will provide real opportunity for our survival through mutual human co-operation. I am aware that the Tweed River Regional Art Gallery has invited the Science - Art Research Centre to put together an Australian touring exhibition for 1998, titled ā€œPast, present, future.ā€ The Scientiļ¬c an dMedical Network in England has offered to extend this tour overseas into the new millennium. The objective of this tour is to present to society the ratiļ¬cation of the hew humanitarian model of social thermodynamics by distinguished scientists associated with the network. This portrayal of a new humanitarian scientiļ¬c paradigm is designed to position Australia to play a leading part in the development of a new important science of medicine. some ļ¬fteen years ago, Robert Pope launched a simple science - art research program which, in becoming more complex, became directly associated with eh discovery of novel phenomenon thus satisfying the criteria necessary for that research program to be considered scientiļ¬c. From my own area of expertise, I have no hesitation in classifying his international science - art touring exhibition to be a bona-ļ¬de scientiļ¬c activity of the meatiest possible social importance. Robert Poe is a scientiļ¬c and artistic researcher who has modelled his activity upon that of Leonardo da Vinci. That this is no mere boast is conļ¬rmed by the acclaim in which he is held in international scientiļ¬c and artistic circles. Robert Pope is an Australian asset of great value who will assist in leading Australian into the 21st Century. I have no hesitation in commending the work of this Centre to those who may read this reference. DR BERT CUNNINGTON Grifļ¬th University 12.

However, the Northern Herald article below contains a brief record of important recognition up to 1989. Please note: The Director of the Centre was awarded the 1989 Dorothy Knox Fellowship for Distinguished Persons and was teaching undergraduate students at Macquarie University. They were enthusiastic over Creative Physics philosophy but complained bitterly that their mentors, locked into an obsolete thermodynamic culture were unable to discuss relevant human survival concepts. ABC National Television had documented Pope's Science-Art concepts on the program, The Scientists - Profiles of Discovery, screened throughout Australia and internationally. Scientists were critical of his work at the University of Sydney in 1986. This was investigated two years later by Dr Calvin Miller, Science Writer for the Australian Medical Observer, who stated that the work of the Centre was establishing the basis of a 21st Century Renaissance. 16.

During 2016 Macquarie University selected Robert Pope for participation in a Science-Art survey, mailing him a complex set of details on the government's criteria for the development of Australian culture. After perusing this information he realised that obedience to the obsolete thermodynamic cultural dictates were still firmly embedded into the scientific conviction that all life must become extinct. He saw this as a quantum mechanical carcinogenic information expression urgently requiring a balancing modification by its entanglement with living quantum neurological information flowing in the opposite direction to mechanistic chaos. This will surely lead to new human survival technologies, making visible the genius of the inventor of the alternating current motor, clearly predicting the spiritual phenomena belonging to Immanuel Kant's anticipated asymmetrical electromagnetic evolving inner artistic creative intuition. "The greatest discovery and development of the coming years will be along spiritual lines. Here is a force which history clearly teaches has been the greatest power in the development of man and history, and yet we have been merely playing with it and never seriously studied it as we have physical forces. Some day people will learn that material things do not bring happiness and are of little use in making men and women creative and powerful. Then the scientists of the world will turn their laboratories over to the study of the spiritual forces. When this day comes, the world would see more advancement in one generation than it has in the past four."
