In conclusion, the potato cube with the highest surface area to volume ratio (the 1x1x1 cube) had
the fastest rate of diffusion as it had the largest percentage increase in mass. While all the other
cubes of potato had larger increases in mass at face value compared to the smallest cube, the
smallest cube had the largest overall gain in percentage. The results support my hypothesis that the

procrastinator, and honestly, I disagree with his idea. Not everybody is a procrastinator.

Heather Murphy, she states that at least one out five people are procrastinators. (Murphy, 2017) In
making this comment, Murphy (2017) argues his audience to believe that not everyone can be
considered to be a procrastinator. Now considering that one out five people are procrastinators in
their live, can there be any side effects to procrastination? Been a procrastinator can have side
effects, for example anxiety, stress, and tension. Personally, I believe that students go more
through this side effects because they are always being bombarded with due dates before the
semester has even started. As reported by, Erin Ben Moche from the Chicago Tribune
newspaper, Teens report that their stress level during the school year far exceeds what they
believe to be healthy (5.8 versus 3.9 on a 10 point scale) and tops adults average reported stress
levels (5.8 for teens versus 5.1 for adults) (Erin Ben Moche, 2017, par.3) In other words, Erin
believes that teen students stress more than adults because of school. As a student, I personally
haven t dealt with this kind of high stress, but in the other hand, I met teenagers who have dealt
with this kind of stress during mid terms

The Problem
This case study addresses issues associated with change management via a needs analysis in an
effort to identify and implement new instructional approaches to improve a middle school math
course in a K 12 setting.
Upon receipt of an email from Ruth Ann Ponten, a 7th grade math teacher, Maya Thomas, the
district staff development and instructional consultant, immediately took action to help support the
struggling teacher. Ruth Ann was located at a school within a rural community that was undergoing
a major transition. The community of farm workers and working class families was transitioning to
a community of educated professionals that were being attracted to the community s strong, tight
knit feel and impeccable older homes. With the change of families, new expectations regarding
education started to emerge as well. Before meeting with Ruth Ann, Maya began her research by

A Concerto Grosso is a genre of music where the musical material is passed between a small group
of soloists (the concertino) and a full orchestra (the ripieno). The concertino generally has more
virtuosic music than the ripieno, and they do not often share thematic material. It was developed in
the late 17th Century, although the term Concerto Grosso would not be used until 1698 when
Gregori published a set of 10 compositions.
There are 2 forms of the Concerto Grosso the concerto da chГesa (a church concert) and the
concerto da camera (a chamber concert). The concerto da chГesa alternated between fast and slow
movements, and the concerto da camera was similar to a suite, in that it was introduced by a
prelude, and incorporated popular dance ideas of the time.
Concerto Grosso in D minor Concerto Grosso in D minor was composed by Antonio Vivaldi and
was published in 1711. The concertino is made up of two violins and a cello, and the ripieno is
made up of strings and a continuo. For the first 20 bars of the piece, the two solo violins play
unaccompanied. The second movement (the Adagio e spiccato) is extremely short (only three bars
long), and the instrumentation is tutti, as everyone is playing. In the third movement the solo cello
does not play as the solo violins converse with each other. The Concerto is in D minor, and rarely
changes key, however it does modulate briefly to the subdominant and the dominant keys (G minor
and A minor).
