2. Win/Lose
Authoritarian approach: I get my way, you don’t get yours.
Win/Lose people are prone to use position, power, credentials,
possession, or personality to get their way.
3. Lose/Lose
Two or more people determined, stubborn, ego-Invested
individuals interact is the result both are losses.
4. Lose/Win
Has no standards no demands, no expectations, no vision.
Lose/Win is a quick way of appeasing others.
5. No Deal
Individuals does not find a solution that would benefit both parties.
No expectation has been created.
6. Win/Win
Is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit
in all human interaction. Meaning that agreements or solutions are
mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying.
