Summary:Anew family is lookingfor a fresh start andfinds this perfect housewith a wonderful
neighbourhood. Oncebought, they getsettled in but thenreceives a letter warning themto not come
outafter 10:00 pm. However, they unfortunately break thatrule, and become increasingly frightened
by their neighbours’ disturbingbehaviourwhilevisiting themon vacation.
Full Storyline: Thetrailer startswith a family of 4 who are unhappy with their neighbourhoodandare
lookingfor a fresh start. We useda voice-overof the dadto explain this, as clips are shown of the dad
being miserable at work, the mumhavingtroublebondingwith the neighboursandthe kids (brother
andsister) being bullied at school. Because of this, they make the decision of movinghousesand
schoolsas a solutionto their problem. As a coincidence they meet a real estate brokeroutside their
houseone morningwho at first appears to be creepy butturnsout to be rather nice, so he shows
them a housea few miles away with the perfect neighbours, schoolandtown. Everythingseems
great, sothey buy the houseand movein as soonas possiblehowever the mumbegins to see signs
thateverythingmight notbe all perfect as she finds outthat every family thathas lived in this house
has suddenly disappeared. Hersuspicionssoonfade when her husbandfindsa great job, hiskids start
to love schooland makegreat friends andshe gets to knowthe neighboursmore. But at the endof
the week they receive a letter explain the town’scurfew of 10:00pmwhich appliesto bothadult and
children, they decide to listen to it to makea goodimpressionbutthey do nottake it seriously. The
next day their dogruns outof the houseafter the curfew and their sontries to chase himdown and
sees all of the neighbours carrying outdisturbingbehaviour, suchastorturing a manand killing a
groupof teens. The trailer carries on showingclips of the family tryingto escape and tell everyone
what they have seen the neighboursdo, butthe neighbours makeit hardfor them.

Target Audience Breakdown: Duetothis film being basedaroundthriller, the demographicwe are
