Hybrid Power Generation using Solar, Wind and Piezoelectric
Aim: this project aim is energy power scavenging, vibrational energy, wind energy, solar
energy, power conditioning, hybrid systems, multimodal systems, multifunctional structures.
Abstract:
This project using of small electronic components has received tremendous attention over
the last decade. Piezoelectric energy due to vibrations gradients, solar energy and wind energy
to wind turbine constitute some of the major sources of energy. Researchers have presented
several papers focusing on each of these topics separately.
This paper aims to develop a hybrid power generator and storage system using these
three sources of energy in order to improve both structural multi-functionality and system-level
robustness in energy harvesting. A multilayer structure with flexible solar, wind, battery and
metallic substructure layers is developed.piezoelectric energy is also used for charging the
batteryusing a power generator.
Performance results are presented for charging batteryusing each one of the home
application.

2) Solar energy is a resource that is not only sustainable for energyconsumption, it is
indefinitely renewable (at least until the sun runs out in billions of years).Solar power can
be used to generate electricity; it is also used in relatively simpletechnology to heat water
(solar water heaters).
3) Piezoelectric energy can by converting mechanical vibrations into an electrical charge, or
by placing a material under significant strain through heavy pressure. These harvesters
generate electricity based on the amount of force used in compressing or deforming a
material, as well as the amount and type of deformation on the material’s crystal structure
and the speed or frequency of compressions or vibrations to the material
