NEED , SCOPE & OBJECTIVE • NEED : Provides expectation by the organisation & responsibility of the functions to be performed by the employees • SCOPE : This tool helps the organisation to develop the employees • OBJECTIVE : Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal
PROJECT DETAILS  Sample size , n = 50  Sampling Technique : Convenient Sampling (non probability)  Questionnaire : Closed Ended Questions  Tools used for analysis : Simple Percentage
FINDINGS  Prefer hike in salary and promotions  The pharmacist is being evaluated by the Top management whereas pharmacy trainee , aide & DEO are being evaluated by immediate supervisor  Friendly counseling  The contributions and efforts made by the employee is recognized  Totally satisfied with the present system
SUGGESTIONS  Include even the Self- Appraisal  Involve the employees also for decision making  Evaluating feedback system once in three months

  • 4. PROJECT DETAILS  Sample size , n = 50  Sampling Technique : Convenient Sampling (non probability)  Questionnaire : Closed Ended Questions  Tools used for analysis : Simple Percentage

FINDINGS  Prefer hike in salary and promotions  The pharmacist is being evaluated by the Top management whereas pharmacy trainee , aide & DEO are being evaluated by immediate supervisor  Friendly counseling  The contributions and efforts made by the employee is recognized  Totally satisfied with the present system
  • 6. SUGGESTIONS  Include even the Self- Appraisal  Involve the employees also for decision making  Evaluating feedback system once in three months
