Prefer hike in salary and promotions
The pharmacist is being evaluated by the Top management whereas
pharmacy trainee , aide & DEO are being evaluated by immediate
supervisor
Friendly counseling
The contributions and efforts made by the employee is recognized
Totally satisfied with the present system
6. SUGGESTIONS
Include even the Self- Appraisal
Involve the employees also for decision making
Evaluating feedback system once in three months
