Achievements <ul><li>2003-04: </li></ul><ul><li>Provigo inc. appointed us to revalue the marketing of their drugstores « HealthCenter », to establish a strategy of adaptation and application and to make the implementation in store Loblaws and Maxi stores. We redid, in 2003 and 2004, the merchandising of 30 pharmacies integrated into their establishments throughout Quebec and involved in various projects of development with other pharmacy and food banners. </li></ul><ul><li>An service agreement was signed with MARCELLE Group to execute their new merchandising and marketing strategy for Annabelle and Marcelle products. We did 380 points of sale in the 8 weeks. In August, 2004, Group Marcelle renewed the agreement for 5 years.   </li></ul><ul><li>2005 </li></ul><ul><li>The PharmEssor Group, maintaining Proxim, chose us as the agency to support heir project managers in all their projects of commercial development. </li></ul><ul><li>The “Clinique Santé”banner was looking for a company specialized in merchandising and to work in partnership with them and by the fact to give them a “Clé en main” service. We thus have to rise, dedicated to them: a training program for their coordination personal and create a document of development procedures, a program of price tags and we are responsible for delivering them pharmacies &quot; Ready for the business &quot; </li></ul><ul><li>Provigo appointed us in the recovery of three of their pharmacies. Our mandate was to make the analysis of the performance of each of them, to create a employees training program (technicians and clerks), to establish an action plan and to put this in application. Results(): Increase of sales and profits in order of 8 % for the first two weeks. </li></ul>

Achievements <ul><ul><li>2006 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Jean Coutu Group chose us and gave us the responsibility to take charge of the project managing for some of their renovation and new store opening projects as well as to serve as support for the merchandising of their stores; we were appointed by 11 PJC franchisees to redo the update of their planograms; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>With Sleeman-Unibroue, mandated us to complete their sale force by doing sale representation and merchandising for a new program with the Esso banner; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Conagra Food chose us to set up the new planogrames in various food banners; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Loblaw chose us as the official team for the merchandising during the renovations or rétrofits. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>NIVEL appointed us in the update of the planograms of hair accessories for their spring program. We did 74 stores in the 3 weeks </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Marcelle Group: we visited 218 stores in 2 weeks to proceed to the installation of &quot; Side pannels &quot; and the updating of their planograms for the season. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>2007 </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Conara </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>appointed us to coordinate and set up (merchandising and decoration) for their Chinese New Year programs ( CNY). We made more than 250 displays in different banners (IGA, Métro, Super C and Loblaw). Displays from 50 to 1200 boxes. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Also, Conagra appointed us to put over 48 000 discount-coupons or 6 000 boxes, on POGO products in a frigorific warehouse in Boucherville. We had to deliver this project inside 3 weeks. Witch we did on time. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>And, in the same project, we had to affix the same discount-coupons on all the Pogo products in stores. Number of stores visited: 796 stores. Delivery period : 2 weeks. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Jean Coutu Group: an agreement intervened with the Jean Coutu banner asking us to provide 5 to 8 “Project managers” for their opening or renovation projects of which will take place in the next 3 years as well as several merchandisers teams. </li></ul></ul>
