Cadburys Licence – Burtons Foods
Burton’s Foods had the Cadburys licence for us on biscuits & need to maximise it’s usage.
Worked very closely with ASDA to develop a £25M Business Plan that drove Cadburys sales to help
achieve a £25M business plan through dedicated space, preferential NPD launch focus & range
listings.
This became fundamental to the commercial performance of Burtons Foods performance before its
Private Equity Sale.
