which children are becoming slaves. It is
high time that everybody must think of
this modern monster seriously help the
child to enjoy childhood. Many studies
proved child will have good physical &
mental growth only through learning
outside class room through observation &
experience especially between 0-5 yrs

house from birth to 3 + yrs of course today
children are not that lucky as they grow in
crĆØche and pre schools. Both parents
working. Elders are away in native villages
or Elder care homes. Making parents to
expose the child to gadgets initially as play
later they are getting addicted becoming
problem to themselves, family and to the
society. As parents are using them children
are following them.
5. Brain is two thirds of adult size for a child
of 2 yrs. Brain grows till 21 yrs. Children
between 1-5 yrs learn more from
surroundings they will have lot of curiosity
eager to know every thing that come to
their notice. Put lot of questions to
parents, teachers it is not easy to handle
unless the parents, teachers have patience
& knowledge. But 99% parents, teachers
kill their enthusiasm as they donāt have
patience, time & answer
6. Parents are culprits: Child cries parents,
care takers, crĆØche, play schools give
mobiles, tabs, videos or switch on idiot box
show carton films. Some add sedatives in
milk & feed. When parents are getting
calls from relatives, friends they are
putting them to child. They are showing
photos, videos to them. Slowly the child is
getting addicted to them. Many children
drink milk only when they switch on TV
carton films. Not allowing to play out.
7. Growth mile stones are delayed: when
child operate these gadgets parents are
happy feel elated as they are operating
gadgets at tender age. Experts say the
growth mile stones are delayed. 1 out of
3 school going children in India are facing
problem. They are poor in studies and
in learning abilities. You are spoiling
your children. You are making them
idiots and yell with temper tantrums.
8. Media is the culprit: A TV ad shows a
child fail in some games in an exhibition
he comes & hugs his mother with sorrow.
Mother gives Pediasure and he wins. This
is wrong let the child take loosing is part
of life success, failure are never
permanent. FAIL means First Attempt
In Learning. Teachers are big culprits
should not create feeling that if you donāt
get class first you are useless this is
killing the spirit of child.
9. Worrying child: We know worry in
adults but because of gadgets attitude of
parents, teachers, irresponsible media ads
creating constant mental worry at tender
age in children. Because of tech usage
they are worried want to be in the rat
race. Their concentration is affected.
They are showing abnormal behavior
posing thereat to themselves, family,
friends and to society. All responsible give
a serious thought in this regard.
10. Child Obesity: Is common many parents
have a myth children who are over
weight are healthy & skinny are not
healthy. They have to play, jump, hop,
run, cycle, skip in open area now glued to
gadgets no exercise they are obese,
poor immunity. + harmful refrigerated
foods, soft/ energy drinks, AC environs
are killers for children. They have to
sweat out daily. Obese get diseases child
obesity is about 30% between 3-12 yrs.
11. Unfriendly attitude: Many Hindu
families have 1 or none for children
facilities more. They donāt know sharing as
they are reared alone. The draconian
video games are making child
draconian. With temper tantrums to
get gadgets even when you go to others
houses they demand to have their
gadgets. They develop unfriendly
attitude. Tomorrow they may be
irresponsible citizens not caring, sharing
12. Family & Societal relations: As they
become close to gadgets they move away
from family, friends. Previously they use to
talk & play with friends, parents, grand
parents, relatives now they are glued to
gadgets feeling lonely, tensed & worried.
Studies says 1 out of every 11 children
between 8 & 18 yrs are facing this. They
are becoming introverts developing
suicidal tendencies at tender age. Press
reported a 5th
class boy committed suicide
13. Gadgets Radiation: Mobile radiation
is affecting children. Face category B2 risk
of gadgets. This affect their immunity,
growth & performance. Their sleep
patterns change as they play with gadgets
till late night with less sleep, drowsy in class
rooms behind in learning process. Children
between 3-12 yrs must sleep for 10-12 hrs
are children getting at least 8 hrs sleep
now? School hours are 7AM-6PM nursery
children board school bus while in sleep
14. What is the way out? First stop digging
grave of UR child. You minimize gadgets
use in house. Use when your child is in
school. Explain the āveās of gadgets in
their way. They have to use for education
only. Minimize calls to child. Donāt show
photos & videos on phone or tab up to
age of 7 yrs. Frequently go out play with
child. Encourage child to go out paly with
other children. Avoid AC environs for your
child.
15. Let him sweat out daily. No junk food.
Let child help in daily chores to parents in
small way from the age of 2 yrs. Let him
celebrate his birth days in orphanages by
sharing, caring others. Take to Zoo &
other places. When you go for functions let
him spend with others not with gadgets.
TV for fixed time with family let him sleep
between 10PM-6AM if need be you sleep
with him till he is fast asleep. Family dine
together. You donāt take calls after 10 PM
16. For overall health of child nutrition is vital.
Give fresh seasonal fruits daily from 6th
month. Give honey, khajoor, anjeer,
kishmiss, sprouts, tender coconut water,
vegetable/ fruit salaads, millets in daily
food. Let him consume 40% raw food
daily. Today 90% milk is adulterated.
Dinning table + Idiot box is a killer combo.
Encourage child to develop a hobby which
will be a big relaxing tool in later life.
Story telling daily is very vital
17. Let your child be a mediocre in studies but
develop life skills like facing difficulties,
leadership qualities, sharing & caring.
Good family/ societal relations let him
develop as good human being instead of a
gadget expert without human face. Let
him/her be a socially responsible citizen
helping himself, family, friends, neighbours
and society overall to the nation. He/she
must be a good example to his children in
all angles. Happiness is giving not in taking
