Introduction
The way children think or what they have in mind is always a mystery. Even when a
child can talk, it’s not easy to understand what they want, how fast they learn something, or how
they process what they learn. And that is something some parents wish they could do, especially
when it comes to school and education. I have three little nephews, who differ in age by two
years apart from each other, and each have their own way of studying and learning. That’s what
takes me to my Global Area of research which is Child Education based on family issues.
Even though a child lives in the same house, goes to the same school or even have the
same teachers they do not learn the same way and do not know the same things. Now imagine
children with different family issues going on at their houses. Education is very important, and it
varies a lot in many factors based on the family. Even though nutrition and other problems
outside of school affect a children way of learning, the most important of all is family issues.
It matters a lot what a little kid does in his spare time, how well he eats, and what is
happening around him that makes him capture and learn in different ways. But most of this has
to do with their parents. A lot of parents don’t focus enough on their children or are so worried
about their personal problems that they don’t pay attention to their children needs. A child can go
through many difficulties in its early development that can affect them for the rest of their lives.
While some parents pay too much attention to them, other parents don’t pay any attention at all.
Sometimes parents are not meeting their needs not only financially but emotionally. This is
especially if it deals with a divorce or with the constant fighting of their parents. Kids need a lot
of love and it mainly comes from their parents or their close relatives. Even worse, other children

may not have parents at all, and the fact of not having a set home and constant moving affects a
lot on their education.
This is a complex problem that cannot be solved easily. It involves more than one factor
to be able to solve this problem because we don’t know what exactly causes Children not to learn
well enough. Yea we might say that it is because of family issues, but there are many factors
around, that can affect the process of learning. Once there is family issues, many children go
through depression, others don’t even want to eat, and there are many other different factors that
can affect a children learning or motivation to continue with school. This is why the use of
interdisciplinary research is needed.
Literature Review
Education is very important, especially among children. They are the future of the world
and the more they know the better. But education among children is all about technology these
days. Kids are born learning how to use a telephone, how to play on a tablet, or doing all of their
homework on a computer. While in other parts of the country, like in Africa, a kid doesn’t even
get to go to school and doesn’t even have money to eat right. Resources, income and
geographical location are all factors when it comes to education. But one of the most important
factors of all in education is family issues. Family issues affect a child in so many different ways
that makes it something really hard to deal with. It’s not only the way a kid thinks, learns or the
way he can capture and solve new things but it’s also everything that’s around him that affects
him. When a children is living in a house where there is constant fighting or problems, their
mind won’t learn the same way. A child’s early development is a big deal when it comes to

education. The way they address things or whether or not their parents help them emotionally or
financially has to do a lot with it too. A kid whose parents graduated from college are going to
expect a lot more from the child and are going to orientate him the best way possible so he can
achieve better things. On the other hand parents who didn’t even graduated from high school or
have no education at all can only send their children to school so they can have a better future
than them, but cannot provide much help if their stuck with a homework or something
educational. Also parents who graduated from college are going to be better set off financially
and they won’t have financial issues at home, one less thing that the child needs to worry about.
Another thing that has a great effect on children education is nutrition. Many times
when there are so many family issues some children don’t even want to eat. The way a child is
eating or if he even has enough to eat or not is a big deal when it comes education. A lot of
children, without them or their parents knowing, lack the essential vitamins to learn better.
Children reflect what they see or what they hear and a children behavior affects his education.
The way parents behave around their children or the manners they teach them have to do with
their behavior as well. Although there are some children who are born with certain behaviors that
parents cannot do a lot about it, most of it comes from the behavior they see on their parents.
Family issues reflect on a child and that’s why child psychology is also very important
for this complex problem. A child psychologist can analyze and observe the behavior of
children. They can conduct studies on them that can help see how they can learn better or the
best method for them to learn. They can sort out behavioral issues with children and can provide
family counseling or treatments for children with special needs. And most importantly of they
can analyze how much family issues affect on children education. It is important to know

different methods and different ways to deal with kids who constantly have family issues at
home and they reflect all that in school.
With child development, nutrition, and child psychology we can form an
interdisciplinary perspective research and get closer on knowing how family issues affect on
children education. We want all children to perform the best possible and do the best in school.
Education is very important for them and for the future of this world that’s why this is a complex
problem that we need to solve.
Connections
Nutrition, Child development and child psychology may be three different disciplinary
researches, but when it comes to knowing how family issues affect on children education all
three of them together come in very handy. When there is family issues a children can be very
damage and it is all reflected in their education. That’s why I want to bring this three different
disciplines together so that with all of them combine we can find a solution to this problem.
Maybe we cannot stop family issues at home, but if we focus on their nutrition, their
development and child psychology we can help them out to have a better future and succeed in
life.
If there is family issues at home, a child is the more damaged. That’s why we want to
solve this complex problem because it is always reflected in school. A child is affected in many
different ways. Many of them don’t even want to eat or have no appetite just thinking of all the
problems that are going on home. That’s where a Nutritionist would come in, to try to help the
children to eat right and make sure they are healthy. This also helps with the way they develop.

If a child doesn’t eat well his development is not going to be good either. So there is no way of
helping a child develop well if he feels week and or doesn’t have enough nutrients in his body to
do so. Good nutrition is an essential need of a child for a good development. Not only their
development but also its needed in order for them to have a good mentality. A child
psychologist can help children who are not healthy. To be good psychologically children need to
have a good health or there is no good in been healthy but if your family problems a child can’t
succeed. That’s why a nutritionist and a child psychologist are essential for each other and to
help a child who has family problems.
When it comes to education, family problems can make a big different. A child won’t
concentrate the same way, he is not going to eat right, and he is not going to develop all of his
skills the right way because of the two reasons before. One thing leads to the other and the same
thing happens here. If a child is constantly thinking of the problems that are going on at home
and not what he’s learning he is never going to do well in school. Not only that but if he’s not
eating right by either not eating or just eating any junk food, he or she find, that is no help at all
either. A child needs to concentrate on what he’s doing, be healthy every way possible to be able
to develop their skills to another level. Without this he is just going to find failure and think
school is not for him or even find another road for help like alcohol and drugs. If we want to
have a better future and succeed with this life we need to start from the bottom and that is
starting from children. We need to help every child whose family problems at home are
preventing them from being the next doctor who finds cure for cancer.
With these three areas of research I think we can find a good solution to these complex
problems. This three relate to each other and each is essential to each other to have a better way

of solving this problem. We need each one and all of them to help children who have family
problems at home that prevent and change their future. With this we can even help the kids help
their parents or at least not add any problems to the ones they already have.
Integrative Framework
As mention before family issues affect children education. Not only psychology, but the
way they develop, and their nutrition as well. A child needs to be eating healthy and physically
active in their school and with other students as well. They need to be well developed and have a
good mentality to do well in every way possible. We need to help kids who are not getting
enough help at home. Some parents don’t care about them or are more worried about their own
problems that they leave their children aside. That’s when a child takes another route other than
school that is not beneficial for them. We need to help children become better if their family is
not doing so.
Many parents don’t care much about their children. Some care way too much that they
push their kids harder then what they should and make them give up at an early age. All this
affects the Childs education. That’s why we need to concentrate on their psychology to know
what kind of problems their facing and how they can be solved so they can achieve better thing
in school. Also we need to help them in their development. We need to know what we can do
and how to develop their natural skills or what their interested in to the maximum level. This
way they can achieve greater things. Finally we need to make sure their healthy and in good

conditions so they can have the strength to be able to study, concentrate and do all of the work
necessary and can be well focus in school.
We don’t want children to take other bad routs other than school. There is a lot of drugs,
alcohol and many other things that children can do. But if we focus on helping them we can
achieve something greater and better. We need to concentrate in each child individually and help
them out so later in life they can help us out back in many different ways. We need smart people
in this world and it all starts with children. If we can start since early we are not helping only the
children, but we are helping ourselves.

With this we can even help the kids help their parents or at least not add any problems to the ones they already have. Integrative Framework As mention before family issues affect children education. Not only psychology, but the way they develop, and their nutrition as well. A child needs to be eating healthy and physically active in their school and with other students as well. They need to be well developed and have a good mentality to do well in every way possible. We need to help kids who are not getting enough help at home. Some parents don’t care about them or are more worried about their own problems that they leave their children aside. That’s when a child takes another route other than school that is not beneficial for them. We need to help children become better if their family is not doing so. Many parents don’t care much about their children. Some care way too much that they push their kids harder then what they should and make them give up at an early age. All this affects the Childs education. That’s why we need to concentrate on their psychology to know what kind of problems their facing and how they can be solved so they can achieve better thing in school. Also we need to help them in their development. We need to know what we can do and how to develop their natural skills or what their interested in to the maximum level. This way they can achieve greater things. Finally we need to make sure their healthy and in good

We don’t want children to take other bad routs other than school. There is a lot of drugs, alcohol and many other things that children can do. But if we focus on helping them we can achieve something greater and better. We need to concentrate in each child individually and help them out so later in life they can help us out back in many different ways. We need smart people in this world and it all starts with children. If we can start since early we are not helping only the children, but we are helping ourselves.
