5. We also used Google Images to find posters of the films we analysed. And we also found magazine covers for these films.
6. In Planning... We used YouTube to look at amateur teaser trailers of a similar kind to ours, this let us see what sort of thing we would realistically be able to produce.
7. We also used a stills camera to take location shots.
8. We also used a scanner to scan in our storyboard of the scenes for our trailer.
9. I then used the internet again to research into existing rom-com film titles, this gave me inspiration into a name for our film.
10. In Construction... We used a video camera to film our trailer. This meant we could film in different locations.
11. To edit our trailer, we uploaded it to iMovie on the Apple Mac, using an external hard-drive.
12. I came up with an initial idea for a script using Microsoft Word. I used Word because it is simple and easy to use.
13. I used inDesign to create a poster for our film, and Sam began production of the magazine cover also in inDesign.
14. For deciding which background image for the poster, I used a printer to send copies of examples around the classroom.
15. We uploaded our finished trailer onto YouTube. However the audio was disable so then we used the internet to find more music that we might be able to use.
16. I used a website to extract the sound from the YouTube file I found that we were then able to add to our trailer using iMovie.
17. In Evaluation... I was able to use comments on YouTube to help me with answering some of the questions posed in the Evaluation.
18. I also used PowerPoint and Microsoft Word to answer some of the questions, as well as images taken from the internet and my blog.
