The document summarizes Cologne's efforts in the GrowSmarter project to promote sustainable urban mobility. It introduced car-sharing and e-mobility options to reduce privately owned cars, installed additional charging infrastructure, and implemented bike-sharing and signage to encourage behavioral changes. The project aims to reduce traffic and parking needs in the city. Results and replication plans for these sustainable mobility measures will be presented.
