1. Convert and edit all your PDF files. Enables you to customize documents
(font size, double space, highlight etc –FREE)
• Adobe reads Powerpoint documents allowed

Word and Web pages, can change speaker and reading speed)
• Claroread – reads text aloud (now available on every pc in
the library)
3. Other considerations
• Be flexible – use different reading techniques for specific purposes
• Take regular breaks
• Become familiar with the library –particularly your subject librarian
