Preventives
We observe that index GAS degrades itself from time to time and
when we do the preventive maintenance (change filters, cleaning,
other actions) recover the efficiency of the chiller

observe that the degradation is very much minor and we can reduce

29. Infor EAM ASE : Analyzing GAS Index (V)
Analyzing the operation mode by each Store:
Store A.- Both chillers are working simultaneously based on temperature regulation
Store B.- Start/Stop cycle: only one chiller working each time.
Store C.- Both chillers are working simultaneously with a predefined start/stop cycle
Results:
Store A is the one that less it consumes per m2 and the Store C is the one that more it
consumes by m2
Action:
We change the operation mode to work as the Store A reducing the energy
consumption a 27,3%
Conclusion:
We estimate a saving in costs of energy of 8.000$ annually for each Store
