New Horizons Leadership Development Program and the Mason Center for Business Development at Lynchburg College invite you to be their guest for an introduction to Corporate Adventure Training!<br />Adventure training is a cost effective means of improving organizational skills including communication, trust, problem solving, diversity awareness, change management, and team building.  Corporate adventure training relies on the experiential learning techniques to build and reinforce new attitudes and behaviors.  The end result can be a sustainable benefit for the organization, which includes improved morale and enhanced cooperation.To introduce or re-acquaint you with this powerful organizational development tool, New Horizons and the Mason Center will be offering, to all SHRM members, a free introductory session on Friday, March 26, 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.  Staff will be on hand to describe the various elements of the adventure course and how it can be modified to meet your specific training needs.
