Ability to sell ideas and library services

What can library schools do?
No one graduates without basic tech skills
Teach more “big picture” topics
Teach how to develop a strategy for continuing education after graduation
Teach practical management skills
Integrate tech and traditional classes

What can we do?
Encourage staff to play with technology
Encourage people to try and solve their own problems before asking for help
Make continuing education a priority and support it
Be a mentor
