4. VAL Types
If we look at the psychographic profile of our
audience and consider what their values, attitudes
and lifestyles would be, we can apply the following
VAL types;
Believer;
Experiencer;
-idealistic but low income
-prioritise family
- traditional views
-loyal to certain brands
-young
-lots of energy
-buy lots of things
- individual
-high income
Whilst neither of these 2 VAL Types specifically fit into our target
audience, we can take aspects of each to categorise our audience.
5. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs
If we apply Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to our target
audience, we can infer that they would be in the third tierLove and belonging, having already fulfilled the needs of
friendship and a sense of worth and would be trying to enter
into the next tier up- Esteem.
