We can see that, most of the students
were not satisfied with our library.

The sub areas of our
library was disordered.

9. Solution: To partition the library
Step 1: Redesigning the whole forth
floor for individual study rooms.

10. Step 2: To add three particular areas
at the first floor.
 An area for students to discuss.

11.  To add some computers for
students to search books.

12. To establish an area to
set the popular reading
materials.

14. Benefits
A big study room:
 Students can stay away from noise and
Concentrate on their studies.
 Alleviate the serious problem that the lack
of seats.

 Discussion area in the first floor:
 Students have place to talk to each
other and it can avoid disturbing students
who are studing.

Researching computers in the first floor:
Solve the problem that people can’t find
books quickly.
 Bookshelf in the first floor:
It can provide some popular and updated
magazines, newspaper or books to
students.

17. Feasibility
• We propose sell the old specialized
books, located on northern 3rd floor, and
remove books, on 4th floor, to that empty
areas.
• According to the survey, 84% students
agree on our proposal of the redesign of
the 1st floor.
