On campus vs. off-campus (I will work with you on this)
REFLECTION PAPER: Complete a 3 page reflective paper addressing the following: What sort of climate or culture does the organization seem to have? What overriding value steers the organization in achieving the organizational purpose? How do you know this? What did you observe? What types of communication networks did you observe there? How are decisions made in the organization? Did you observe employees being asked opinions, given recognition, or being evaluated? What did you learn about yourself as a temporary member of the organization? Did you work beyond the original expectations? Were you reliable, or if not, what happened? Tell what is good about the organization and what needs to be improved. Give at least three recommendations for improvement. State your career goals and apply what you learned from your experiences to those goals. References/Citations: Cite theories from textbook reading, instructor handouts and instructor presentations. You must cite your text (3 citations) and 2 other sources.
EVALUATION BY YOUR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL. Cannot be a student unless the student has a legitimate position of authority, e.g. President of SGA, Director of Homecoming, etc. Include your SUPERVISOR'S EVALUATION FORM , filled out by supervisor. Deliver this to instructor, mail, fax or scan and upload. The formed must have the supervisor’s signature .
