The typical glob@l library  A chitalishte library located in a settlement with a population of 500 – 2,500 inhabitants  Equipped with an ICT package including 3 desktop computers (with a camera and a headset), a projector, a multifunctional printer/scanner, network equipment  Employs a full-time librarian (eight-hour work day), trained in ICT and at least one more thematic area  The library starts providing e-services 4
