Applied Content Management: Companies need
process policies- such as a 12 month content
plan, outlining exactly which content is to be
presented and where, across 12 month time
frame.
o This avoids situations like an agency of a pharma company engaging in
irrelevant/contradictory/unpermitted involvement or promotion- ie,
accidentally posting a message on a social media platform to visit a
page of the company that was not approved for public consumption.

Reach? Traffic?
’Likes’ are measurable indicator but wont
necessarily drive sales!

Social Media Content Management Applied Content Management: Companies need process policies- such as a 12 month content plan, outlining exactly which content is to be presented and where, across 12 month time frame. o This avoids situations like an agency of a pharma company engaging in irrelevant/contradictory/unpermitted involvement or promotion- ie, accidentally posting a message on a social media platform to visit a page of the company that was not approved for public consumption.
