Library Study Hall Pass Instructions

2. Students can come to
the library to work on
school-related
assignments when it is
OPEN.
Library availability is
posted outside the
library each day.
3. If coming from study hall,
your study hall teacher
will give you a Group
Study Hall Pass like the
one seen here.
NEATLY fill in your first
AND last name.
4. Arrive to the library AS A GROUP... No stragglers! Then
wait for a library staff member to check your Group
Study Hall pass to verify that everyone is there.
5. Group Study Hall Passes then go in the Pink clipboard. Any other
students coming to the library NOT from study hall— for
example, from lunch or a teacher sent you from class— need to
come with a pre-signed pass in their agenda. Those students
sign-in on the zebra-print clipboard to the right.
6. Once you are at the library from Study Hall or lunch, you must
stay the WHOLE PERIOD. So please bring enough work to keep
you busy the entire time. Students who are a distraction will be
asked to leave and risk losing library privileges.
