2. This magazine I liked because the picture on the front caught my eye. The picture links in with the fact this is a Sci-Fi magazine as the man on the front looks really serious as well as suspicious and because there is so much going on, on this front cover it draws people in to read it. I really like the way villains has been written as it gives a scary look to the magazine. I think the colours used on this front cover are well chosen as the reds give the Sci-Fi and horror look which is based around this magazine. I like how there is a small planet above the I on Sci as it adds to the look of this magazine. SciFiNow

3. This magazine I chose because it was very simple and it shows the focus on the main feature which is Mary J. Blige. It clearly shows her name at the top of the cover and the picture of her straight in the middle. I like how the other features of the magazine are based on each side of her. I like the colour scheme as again it is simple and I like how the colour of the writing matches her outfit. Although this cover is simple I also think that the white background makes it too boring and I think it should have more of a colourful background, also I think that the idea of covering the name of the magazine isn’t a good idea as when its on the self people that may not of heard of or read this magazine wouldn’t be able to see the title of this if they walked past it. 4. I really like this magazine as it is very busy and has enough on the front to keep a reader interested as everything stands out. The main feature is clear as Madonna is written straight across the page to capture peoples attention. I like the chosen picture of Madonna because of the fact she is looking straight ahead makes this image good and the picture captures her beauty and it’s such a simple image which makes this magazine interesting. I like the colours used as it matches the colours used on the logo for the Q. All the other features all stand out on this front cover as well which adds to the interest and all the things that’s on offer including votes, interviews and freebies are all shown on this cover without making this magazine looked cramped or untidy.
