   They stress on the importance of training, “ A company that invests in training its employees should train them so that their ideas align with the company’s vision. This is probably of top-most value.” DasaradhaGude 								Chairman 	They have created optimum ecosystem for their employees.
AppLabs also gives emphasis on training both virtual and personal. Virtual training encourage the employee to learn at their pace. Personal training is focused on individual development. They hire the talented people who want to make their career, for that they provide open culture.
They believe in flat structure and team focused environment. Their attrition rate is very low. ECO System: Environment in which employees are allow to take risk, Out of box thinking, allow diversity. 	Ex:- Providing dynamic environment to Youth.
