Highly talented membership
“We must also understand that in today’s world, there are more and more
organizations like AIESEC that are also attracting student volunteers. Therefore more
than ever before, we need to strive to attract and retain highly
talented members better than other organizations and ensure that being a
member of AIESEC is a very powerful, enriching, exciting opportunity.”

Indirect Impact
“We must understand that the ‘AIESEC EXPERIENCE’ is our TOOL, our DELIVERABLE

people the opportunity to develop their leadership potential. Through these
learning experiences we aim to create a larger impact in the
world by providing leaders able to make positive impact in society as stated
in OUR IMPACT statement.”

38. LC Vision | Mission
Key Discussions you need to have with your EB:
1. Does the LC Vision that you have make sense to the reality?
2. Reflect upon your LC mission statement and have a conversation about the
same.
3. Does the EB team stand contribute to the LC mission statement. If no, have a
conversation whether this would make sense for your entity.
