  • 28. GCPS FROM THE NETWORK: Togo
    Issues faced in the past:
    • Difference in Generations,
    • 29. Availability of senior alumni to participate to activities,
    • 30. Commitment to the evolution/management of the association
    • 31. Many alumni abroad
  • GCPS FROM THE NETWORK: Togo
    Solutions imagined to solve the issue of:
    Difference in Generations
    Create an AA with clusters;
    Criteria to belong to one or another cluster will be the age and the interest
    Availability
    The AA will be run by 1 general management team (5) and 3 sub-teams (one per cluster).
    Every cluster will organize its activities according to the availability of its members.
    Junior alumni cluster will have more activities in a year but every member will be invited to each cluster activities (unless they’re closed )
  • 32. GCPS FROM THE NETWORK: Togo
    Solutions imagined to solve the issue of:
    Commitment
    Every cluster will have their own goals, customized to the needs of its members (business partnerships, training, economic information, coaching, fun, …)
