1. Welcome to Kindergarten!

3. What we’ll be
doing this year
 One letter each week
 Learning to read!
 Basic Math Concepts (patterns, counting by 1’s,
5’s, 10’s, more than/less than, estimating,
simple addition and subtraction)
 Learning to form all letters correctly, and
numbers 1-20 correctly
 Learning how to interact successfully with
others
 Having a blast! :-)

6. Penalties for Breaking Rules
1st = Verbal warning, reminder of rule
2nd = Pulls first stick, 5 minute time out
3rd = Pulls second stick, 5 minute time out,
10 minutes off playtime
4th = Pulls last stick, 5 minute time out, 20
minutes off playtime
5th = No playtime, phone call home, conduct report
6th = Parent must come in to pick up child
