2. Ingredients

A cuttlefish or Sepia 1 kgr., For this recipe I
used frozen, skinless and clean.

We also need about 40 gr. blanched almonds
●
2-3 cloves of garlic
●
1 slice of bread
●
Olive oil
●
Salt saffron or food color 100 gr. peas, and
enough water or fish stock.
4. Cooking
Clean the squid and cut into cubes or thick
strips. Dry with a soft, living lightly flour passes
through the pieces. Heat a few tablespoons of
olive oil in a pan. Add the cuttlefish and let fry
until golden. Add peas and cover with water and
a little salt. Let simmer, covered, until the
cuttlefish is very tender, about 25-30 minutes.
5. Cooking 2
Apart fry in a pan with a little oil peeled garlic,
almonds and bread into cubes. Once fried
crushed in a blender all with your oil, saffron or
coloring and a little water.
Add this mixture to the saucepan cook the
squid, and near the end of cooking. Allow to boil,
stir a bit and removed.
