1. HERRING SALAD

2. INGREDIENTS
●
Three herrings
●
1 k of potatoes
●
150 grams of onions or chives
●
4 boiled eggs
●
200 gr of black olives or stuffed with pepper
●
1/2 cup of olive oil
●
1 small tin of red pepper
●
Lemon juice
●
Parsley

3. COOKING
1st Step:
Boil peeled potatoes

4. 2nd step:
Boil the eggs while herrings are
in hot water

5. 3rd step:
Drain

6. 4 step:peel and
crumble into pieces

7. 5th step:
Peel and crumble into
pieces.

8. 6th step:
Mix everything and garnish with
peppers and parsley.
