•Ano ang Nutrisyon?
•Ang Nutrisyon ay ang lahat ng bagay na ating
kinakain
•Naipapaliwanag din nito kung ano eksakto
ang nasa ating mga pagkain
•ito rin ay nagsasabi sa atin ng tungkol sa
calories, taba, carbohydrates protina,
bitamina at mineral
•Ang Nutrisyon ay hinahati rin ang ating mga
pagkain sa mga kategorya.
Nutritional glossary
•Carbohydrates-ito ay para sa enerhiya at nagsisilbing gasolina para sa
ating katawan.
•Fats/taba -ay mahalaga para sa pag-unlad ng utak at nervous system,
mahalagang bahagi rin ito ng isang malusog na diyeta
•protina- upang palakasin ang mga bahagi ng katawan, tulad ng
kalamnan at ang ating resistensya
•Bitamina at mineral-mahalaga para sa paglago/paglaki at isang
malusog na immune system
Food Pyramid
• Ito ay nahahati sa mga pangkat
ng pagkain
• Ang food pyramid ay
nagsasabi sa sa atin ng
tungkol sa sapat na
dami ng mga pagkain
na dapat nating
makonsumo sa
bawat pangkat.
Prutas at Gulay
• Ang Prutas at Gulay naglalaman ng
maraming iba't ibang mga bitamina na
maganda para sa ating katawan at kalusugan
• Ang mga ito ay may iba't ibang mga bitamina –
Kaya’t sanayin ang mga bata na kumain ng iba't-
ibang alinman sa mga sariwang prutas at Gulay.
Karne at Beans
• Ang mga kasama sa pangkat na ito ay isda, manok at karne
ng baka pati na rin ang mga itlog mga gisantes at mani.
• Ang Karne at Beans ay mataas sa protina
• Siguraduhin na gumamit ng walang taba (karne mababa sa
taba)
Grains/Butil
• Mga tinapay, cereal, pasta at kanin
•Ang mga Butil ay isang mahusay na mapagkukunan ng
carbohydrates
•Mahalagang nutrients tulad ng fiber, iron & B vitamins
Ang gatas at mga pagkaing may halo nito, at
produktong tulad ng yogurts, keso at iba pang dairy
products ay mahalaga at mainam na mapagkukunan
ng calcium at bitaminang mainam para sa ating mga
buto.

Pisikal na aktibidad/ Ehersisyo
•Dapat maging aktibo ng 30-60 minuto bawat araw

tumutulong sa iyo na mabantayan ang iyong timbang
•Pisikal na aktibidad gamitin ang calories magdadala sa iyo sa bilang
enerhiya nagbabalanse out ang iyong araw-araw na paggamit ng pagkain

Para sa pamilyang Pilipino:
1. Kumain ng iba’t ibang uri
ng pagkain araw-araw.
2. Pasusuhin ang sanggol ng
gatas ng ina lamang mula
pagkasilang hanggang 6 na
buwan at saka bigyan ng mga
angkop na pagkain habang
pinapasuso pa.
3. Panatilihin ang tamang
paglaki ng bata sa pamamagitan
ng palagiang pagsubaybay sa
kanyang timbang.
4. Kumain ng isda, karne, manok,
o tuyong butong-gulay.
5. Kumain ng maraming gulay, prutas at lamang-ugat.
6. Uminom ng gatas araw-araw at kumain ng mga
produkto nito, mga pagkaing mayaman sa kalsiyum
gaya ng maliliit na isda (tulad ng dilis) at madahong
berdeng gulay.
7.Gumamit ng iodized salt (asin na may yodo)
subali’t iwasan ang masyadong maalat na pagkain.
10. Para sa malusog
na pamumuhay at wastong nutrisyon,
mag-ehersisyo nang palagian, huwag
manigarilyo, at iwasan ang
pag-inom ng alak.
9. Kumain ng malinis at ligtas na
pagkain.

Nutrisyon at Kalusugan •Ano ang Nutrisyon? •Ang Nutrisyon ay ang lahat ng bagay na ating kinakain •Naipapaliwanag din nito kung ano eksakto ang nasa ating mga pagkain •ito rin ay nagsasabi sa atin ng tungkol sa calories, taba, carbohydrates protina, bitamina at mineral •Ang Nutrisyon ay hinahati rin ang ating mga pagkain sa mga kategorya.

Nutritional glossary •Carbohydrates-ito ay para sa enerhiya at nagsisilbing gasolina para sa ating katawan. •Fats/taba -ay mahalaga para sa pag-unlad ng utak at nervous system, mahalagang bahagi rin ito ng isang malusog na diyeta •protina- upang palakasin ang mga bahagi ng katawan, tulad ng kalamnan at ang ating resistensya •Bitamina at mineral-mahalaga para sa paglago/paglaki at isang malusog na immune system
  • 4. Food Pyramid • Ito ay nahahati sa mga pangkat ng pagkain • Ang food pyramid ay nagsasabi sa sa atin ng tungkol sa sapat na dami ng mga pagkain na dapat nating makonsumo sa bawat pangkat.
  • 5. Prutas at Gulay • Ang Prutas at Gulay naglalaman ng maraming iba't ibang mga bitamina na maganda para sa ating katawan at kalusugan • Ang mga ito ay may iba't ibang mga bitamina – Kaya’t sanayin ang mga bata na kumain ng iba't- ibang alinman sa mga sariwang prutas at Gulay.
  • 6. Karne at Beans • Ang mga kasama sa pangkat na ito ay isda, manok at karne ng baka pati na rin ang mga itlog mga gisantes at mani. • Ang Karne at Beans ay mataas sa protina • Siguraduhin na gumamit ng walang taba (karne mababa sa taba)
  • 7. Grains/Butil • Mga tinapay, cereal, pasta at kanin •Ang mga Butil ay isang mahusay na mapagkukunan ng carbohydrates •Mahalagang nutrients tulad ng fiber, iron & B vitamins
  • 8. Ang gatas at mga pagkaing may halo nito, at produktong tulad ng yogurts, keso at iba pang dairy products ay mahalaga at mainam na mapagkukunan ng calcium at bitaminang mainam para sa ating mga buto.
  • 9. NUTRITION LABEL •Ito ang nagsasabi ng serving size at calories per serving •Dami ng nutrients at vitamins
  • 10. Pisikal na aktibidad/ Ehersisyo •Dapat maging aktibo ng 30-60 minuto bawat araw •Pinagbubuti nito ang iyong kalusugan, sariling pagpapahalaga, lakas at tumutulong sa iyo na mabantayan ang iyong timbang •Pisikal na aktibidad gamitin ang calories magdadala sa iyo sa bilang enerhiya nagbabalanse out ang iyong araw-araw na paggamit ng pagkain

  • 22. Ang mga Gabay sa Wastong Nutrisyon Para sa pamilyang Pilipino: 1. Kumain ng iba’t ibang uri ng pagkain araw-araw. 2. Pasusuhin ang sanggol ng gatas ng ina lamang mula pagkasilang hanggang 6 na buwan at saka bigyan ng mga angkop na pagkain habang pinapasuso pa.
  • 23. 3. Panatilihin ang tamang paglaki ng bata sa pamamagitan ng palagiang pagsubaybay sa kanyang timbang.
  • 24. 4. Kumain ng isda, karne, manok, o tuyong butong-gulay. 5. Kumain ng maraming gulay, prutas at lamang-ugat. 6. Uminom ng gatas araw-araw at kumain ng mga produkto nito, mga pagkaing mayaman sa kalsiyum gaya ng maliliit na isda (tulad ng dilis) at madahong berdeng gulay. 7.Gumamit ng iodized salt (asin na may yodo) subali’t iwasan ang masyadong maalat na pagkain.
