A lead programmer is a
software engineer in charge
of one or more software
projects who is responsible for
leading a development team.

maintain responsibility for the quality

applications.

★ Designs and develops technical solutions
for existing architecture or enhancements
to new and future software product
releases.
★ Develops and drives strong cross-functional
communications between the software
engineering, product management, and
leadership teams.
