3. About DSC
Developer Student Club (DSC) is a program presented by
Google Developers. DSCs are university based community
groups for students. Students from all undergraduate or
graduate programs with an interest in growing as a
developer are welcome.
By joining a DSC, students grow their knowledge in a peer-
to-peer learning environment and build solutions for local
businesses and their community.

➢The primary and the most promising vision of this technical community is to make
students industry ready and prepare them for the ongoing competitions in the
outer software development industry.
➢This platform is specially designed to cover the gap between theory and practical
applications for student developers. With regard to placements, being in technical
clubs student projects have a very large advantage.
➢Our vision is to identify and support university students who are passionate about
growing developer communities that foster learning, sharing and collaboration.

➢As the name suggests the leader of the club is responsible for the
club’s decorum. His work includes coming up with out of the box
insights for a particular event and ideati.
➢He have taken on the responsibility to impact students and empower
these students to impact their communities. Through this experience,
they will not only be leaving a legacy of impact but also growing as an
individual and a meaningful contributor in the greater developer
ecosystem.

6. Role Of The Faculty Advisor
➢The role of the Faculty Advisor is to assist in the activities of the team
through encouragement, advice and guidance. All decisions made will be
with acknowledgement/feedback from the faculty advisor and will be
transparent to all the community members.
➢Faculty Advisor serves as the trusted sources of advice as to the DSC
core team sort through various career opportunities and makes the
transition to the workforce. The Faculty Advisor should, however,
facilitate interactions between the team and the institution’s
administration.

The Operations Lead is expected to come up with different club
projects and maintain the Open Source decorum by involving the
technical team as well as other core team members.
It's his responsibility to keep a check on the funds and resources being
used by the club. Working closely with the technical team and
management team, he has to make sure that things go according to
the plan.

Leading a Public Relation (PR) Team of DSC carries a

Club
The ML/AI Club serves as a place of community for discussing, learning about, and
working on topics related to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence across
disciplines. Meeting activities include discussions of current events in AI,
professor talks, tutorials, and workshops.
The club is also a hub for project work in ML and AI . Members can form teams to
work on projects like programming competitions and online courses outside of
regular meeting times, and then share their progress with the rest of the club
during regular meetings.
17. ➢Android & Web Development Club
Web development refers to building, creating, and maintaining websites. It includes
aspects such as web design, web publishing, web programming, and database
management.
Android software development is the process by which applications are created for
devices running the Android operating system.
It aims at building websites and developing android apps, rather than that members
here will focus on blending creative vision with the project management skills to plan,
design and build websites and integrated applications which solve real world
problems.

The Competitive Programming Club is a group of students who enjoy solving
hard problems quickly with code. The aim will be to meet on a regular basis to
practice and learn together.
The problems we will work on will also be highly applicable to technical job
interviews. The club’s objective is not teaching members how to code, but it is
to help members to code efficiently and to teach them algorithms that can be
used to achieve that goal.

Cybersecurity is the state or process of protecting and recovering computer
systems, networks, devices, and programs from any type of cyber attack, whereas
Blockchain is a Bitcoin block explorer service, as well as a cryptocurrency wallet
and a cryptocurrency exchange supporting Bitcoin, and Bitcoin Cash.
This club aims at providing a guideline along with the related courses, hands on
sessions, hacker boot camps in order to enhance the capability of Cyber Security
enthusiasts inside the team.

Cloud computing is the future and one of the most flamboyant technological
developments witnessed in the field of technology.
The Cloud Computing & DevOps Club is a technology-based organization of
members who share an enthusiasm for Cloud Computing.

technology through fun and hands-on activities.
