Foods Fats & Fertilizers Ltd was established in 1962. Today Foods Fats & Fertilizers Ltd has matured into
a Conglomerate of 20 industrial units constantly bussing with activity and has over 1000 employees. The
objective of this project was to have a single SAP system across all offices located in various parts of
India. The Implementation covered SAP (Base Benefits, Administer Workforce, Develop Workforce,
Time, and Employee Self Service).
Responsibilities:
Worked as a SAP Functional Consultant for end-to-end Implementation, Time Management and payroll
India.
INVOLVING Modules:
 PA/OM/TM/PAYROLL
Consulting Responsibilities:
 In Understanding Client's Current Business Process & mapping the same in to Blue Print.
 assisted the client during the full cycle implementation of PA, Time & Payroll management of
blue print
 Phase. Collected requirements from business users.
 Worked with client during Business Blue print, Realization and Final preparation phase of SAP
HR module Implementation.
 Identified the use cases and transformed them into logical and technical views which could be
looked at by the business and process analysts.
 Involved in various workshops with business users to identify and resolve process and functional

Description:In order to provide a proof of concept based on the pre-requisites of the client,
a pre-configured instance was developed with the SAP HCM modules – PA, OM, Time and
Payroll (basic settings). This pre-configured client involved the ASAP methodology of
Requirement Analysis, Blueprinting and setting up the configurations for Personnel
Administration, Organization Management and Time Management. These settings would
be used for the client to setup the SAP system with the basic configurations for PA, OM and
Timeand enhance the system according to the specific requirements obtained later during
the requirement gathering phase.
Personnel administration:
 Created Enterprise structure and personal structure.
 Maintained User Parameters,Maintained master data.
 Maintained Number ranges,Defined Administrator group.
 Define Employee attributes,Determined Payroll area,Created Control record
 Created Info type menu and Info group.
 Created personnel actions and maintained Info group modifier.
 Maintained PA Infotypesand featuresAssigned the various personnel areas to the
respective company codes and assigned employee groups to employee subgroups.
Time Management:
 Worked on holiday calendars based on province of Public Holiday classes.

This pre-configured client involved the ASAP methodology of Requirement Analysis, Blueprinting and setting up the configurations for Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Time Management.
