About this Course
The use of LNG as a marine fuel is seeing increasing interest. Many industry participants view LNG as an option to address
future environmental and commercial challenges within the shipping industry. However, this can only be realized with the
offer of attractive paybacks on investment, availability of infrastructure and addressing of safety issues to progress the
development of LNG bunkering.
This 3 day course will guide participants through the LNG value chain, commercial aspects of trading, bunkering procedures
and technical guidelines, delivery logistics as well as risk and safety considerations. In addition, participants will get to learn
how to plan and develop LNG bunkering facilities to accommodate the use LNG as a marine fuel. There will also be a table
top case study and practical exercise included for participants to achieve first-hand experience to assess the economic
viability, design, build and operate a LNG bunkering facility with profitable success!
