This document provides recipes for 20 non-alcoholic mocktail drinks. The drinks include fruit juices, syrups, sodas, teas and other ingredients blended or shaken together and served over ice. Examples include the Vienna Soother made with coffee, cream, chocolate syrup and cinnamon; the Banana Rama blended with banana, strawberries, pineapple juice and coconut milk; and the Paradise Punch made with several fruit juices, grenadine and soda water to serve six people.

2. Vienna Soother
Ingredients:
4 oz. cold strong coffee ¼ oz. chocolate syrup
2 oz. cream ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add coffee,
cream, chocolate syrup and cinnamon. Shake
sharply and strain into a tumbler. Top with
whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
3. Banana Rama
Ingredients: 5 oz. pineapple juice
1 banana 4 oz. coconut milk
5 strawberries
Directions:
In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, banana, 5 fresh
strawberries, pineapple juice and coconut milk.
Blend until smooth and strain into a glass.
Garnish with a slice of banana or strawberry.
4. English Garden Slipper
Ingredients:
4 oz. iced tea
4 oz. raspberry juice
Directions:
Filler a cooler glass with ice. Add iced tea and
raspberry juice. Garnish with fresh lemon and
raspberries.
5. Blueberry Sky
Ingredients:
1 oz. blueberry juice
4 oz. white cranberry juice
Directions:
Filler a tall glass with ice. Add blueberry and
cranberry juice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
6. Sunrise Blend
Ingredients: 2 strawberries
3 oz. orange juice 1 banana
3 oz. pineapple juice 1 cup ice
Directions:
In a blender, add ice, orange and pineapple juice,
strawberries and banana. Blend until slushy and
strain into a large tumbler. Garnish with
additional strawberries.
7. Irish Eyes
Ingredients: ¼ oz. lemon juice
4 oz. apple juice
2 oz. cherry juice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine
apple, cherry and lemon juice. Shake and
strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an apple wheel.
8. Paradise Punch
Ingredients: 1 oz. lime cordial
1 cup peach juice 1 oz. grenadine
1 cup orange juice 2 cups soda water
1 cup cranberry juice
Directions:
In a punchbowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to
mix. Serve in individual glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with mint sprigs. Serves six.
9. Supper Sipper
Ingredients:
3 oz. grape juice
3 oz. lemonade
Directions:
In a goblet filled with ice, add grape juice and
lemonade. Top with sparkling water and garnish
with a lemon wheel.
10. Coco Colada
Ingredients:
4 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. cream of coconut
(or 6 oz. pina colada
mix)
Directions:
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, pineapple juice and
cream of coconut. Blend until slushy and strain
into an old fashioned drinking or margarita
glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
11. Be Cool
Ingredients:
1 oz. white grape juice
1 oz. raspberry juice
3 oz. orange juice
Directions:
Rim a Martini glass with lime cordial and red
sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add
juices. Shake and strain into the Martini class.
12. Cookie Cutter
Ingredients: 1/8 tsp. ground
1 scoop vanilla ice- cinnamon
cream 2 oz. cream
1 tsp. butterscotch
sauce
Directions:
In a blender, add 1 cup ice with vanilla ice-cream,
butterscotch sauce, ground cinnamon and
cream. Blend and pour into small glasses.
13. Baby Belle
Ingredients: 2 oz. lemon-lime soda
3 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. orange juice
1 tsp. grenadine
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add grenadine,
pineapple and orange juice. Shake until frothy
and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with lemon-lime soda.
14. Citrus Clown
Ingredients: Frozen cranberries
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
4 oz. tangerine juice
Directions:
To a rocks class, add syrup, lemon and tangerine
juice. Stir to mix and garnish with frozen
cranberries.
15. Evergreen
Ingredients: 3 oz. hot chocolate
1 tsp. peppermint
extract
3 oz. hot coffee
Directions:
To a heatproof mug, add peppermint extract, hot
coffee and hot chocolate. Top with whipped
cream and garnish with peppermint candy stick.
16. Front Row Mocktail
Ingredients: ½ oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. white cranberry 1 Tbsp. marmalade
juice
½ oz. lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and
strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish
with a lemon slice.
17. Caesar Jr.
Ingredients: ½ tsp. grated
½ tsp. worcestershire horseradish
¼ tsp. tabasco Clamato juice
1 Lime
Directions:
Rim a double old fashioned glass with fresh lime
and celery salt. Fill with ice and add
worcestershire, tabasco, the juice of ¼ lime and
horseradish. Top with Clamato and stir.
18. Frosty Mocktail
Ingredients:
2 tsp. caramel sauce
1 oz. chocolate milk
½ oz. chilled coffee
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add caramel sauce,
chocolate milk and chilled coffee. Shake and
strain into tall glass with ice. Decorate with
caramel sauce.
19. Berry Patch
Ingredients: 2 oz. strawberries
Vanilla ice-cream ½ cup milk
2 oz. blueberries
2 oz. raspberries
Directions:
In a blender, combine 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
with berries and milk. Blend thoroughly and
strain into a tumbler or Martini glass. Sprinkle
with fresh berries.
20. Caramel Coffee
Ingredients:
1 oz. caramel syrup
2 oz. cream
2 oz. chilled coffee
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add caramel
syrup, cream and chilled coffee. Shake and
strain into a fluted glass and decorate with
caramel syrup.
21. Dockers Mocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz. raspberry juice
2 oz. grape juice
Soda water
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz.
raspberry juice and 2 oz. grape juice. Shake and
strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with
soda water and garnish with lime wheel.
