product

customers. Finally, the company doesn't have multiplayer modes to loyal customers. For these
reason, my company is losing customers. Can you give me some suggestions about this problem?
A: Personally,I think we should discount 20% to loyal customers. Then, we can refund for
every customers who complains. Moreover, we need more staff in the call center to answer
calls.
Ju: Ok, I agree. Besides that, we should give special credit card for loyal customers. In addition,

A: I think the goods of this supplier are so better than that others and especially the cost is
cheap. in addition, I think this is not the reason why our company is closing customers.

A: well, I think we choose the best solutions are to refund for every customer who complains
and give special credit card for loyal customers because in my opinion when refunding that
mean we make them feel safe once they buy our products. Besides that, we provide special
credit card for loyal customers so they will be interest in our products as well as our company.
after that they will buy our product more and more.
