In the meeting 
A: Hello everyone! Today we are here to discuss the reason why our company’s profits get 
lower. Give me some ideas. 
Ju: I think our company is closing customers because most of customers use our competitors’ 
product 
A: How come? 
Ju: Yes! Firstly, the quality of the product is not good. Secondly, the staffs are unfriendly for 
customers. Finally, the company doesn't have multiplayer modes to loyal customers. For these 
reason, my company is losing customers. Can you give me some suggestions about this problem? 
A: Personally,I think we should discount 20% to loyal customers. Then, we can refund for 
every customers who complains. Moreover, we need more staff in the call center to answer 
calls. 
Ju: Ok, I agree. Besides that, we should give special credit card for loyal customers. In addition, 
we conduct surveys every month to find out what customers want. And we should change the 
supplier who delivers your goods. 
A: I disagree, the solution that we change the supplier who delivers your goods 
Ju: why did you say that? 
A: I think the goods of this supplier are so better than that others and especially the cost is 
cheap. in addition, I think this is not the reason why our company is closing customers. 
Ju: Ok, I agree with you 
A: Now we choose the best ideas 
Ju: I select some methods such as discounting 20% to loyal customers, refunding for every 
customers who complains and needing more staff in the call center to answer calls 
A: Discounting 20% to loyal customers…It isn’t suitable solution because it makes the profit 
decreasing. 
Ju: Oh, I just see. 
A: well, I think we choose the best solutions are to refund for every customer who complains 
and give special credit card for loyal customers because in my opinion when refunding that 
mean we make them feel safe once they buy our products. Besides that, we provide special 
credit card for loyal customers so they will be interest in our products as well as our company. 
after that they will buy our product more and more.
Ju: Ok. I hope these solutions help our profit of company will get higher. 
A: yeah! I hope so!
