Our chairman of the company is Uenishi.


And, the chairman is CEO.


His work is a business decision making and an operating audit in the


company management.


As a result, the corporate policy and the management solution are


decided, and the status of employee's business is confirmed.


Therefore, the chairman should run a company according to the state and


the world scene with the company.


It is necessary to note it.


It becomes impossible for the company to obtain an advantage if it


doesn't do so.


And, the company will go under.


The chairman should settle his employees by holding various


conferences.
B. How would you help customers choose your product? Discuss different

strategies that you would like to adopt. Discuss the quality of your
products and why it is worth buying?


We should teach them the charm of the product so that the customer may


pay attention to our product.


Therefore, the point where the performance of our product is more


excellent than that of the other companies is advertised.


Moreover, because the performance might not be understood easily, the


customer is made to be able to try the product.


If the quality of our product is high, it is possible to advertise it more


widely.


The advertisement with the impact remains in people's memories.


A lot of products can be sold if it does so.


Therefore, the worth of the product rises.
C. Discuss a definite discount or promotion for your products that

will help to sell your products better? How should the customer take


advantage of this offer?




When selling our products, we do many discounts for a customer.


First is online service. This is installed in a home page of our


company, and when this service is used, it's discounted at most 20 %.


This is always a way to a person with the internet.


Second is catalog selling on a television. You know our goods for the


bed where I often watch television, and I'd like to offer it at the


price lower than usual. The discount rate is 15% discount less than


online service.


The difference between these discount rates is because much money is


more necessary to a television than a web to give a notice.
D. How are the products packaged? Is there a warranty for the

products? How should the customer contact you if there are


problems or


questions about the product after it is sold? (100 words for all parts

Our products are wrapped as products are managed strictly and aren't


damaged in case of a delivery until it's delivered under a customer.


When a bruise stuck before our products arrived at the dimension of


the customer, the products without charge and new are sent again.

Our company accepts an installment plan for products. Our company accepts
cash and the payment of a credit card and the check. When a customer buys the
product, we admit that a customer divide the price for product to 24 times and

make a payment. If a customer does payment in installments, we increase


10% of the price of the product per one year to the price for product. The


installment plan for products is effective for the customer that it is difficult


to pay the price for product at a time. However, in our company, it is easy


to do the management of the company if there are many


customers paying the price for product at a time.


F. Is there a customer service representative? What is his / her role in the
company? Identify 5 different ways that he/she might help the customer?

Our company has a customer service representative. When a


customer encountered a trouble about the product, the customer service


representative copes. Furthermore, he deals about the objection from a


customer.



   If a product broke down, the customer service representative


   contacts a repair representative.
If a customer does not understand how to use product, he

   teaches how to use.


   If a customer wants to know the details of the product, he sends a
   pamphlet.

   If a customer is dissatisfied about a product, he tells the development
   person in charge.


If a customer is interested in the other products of our company, he


gives the information about the product.
