Customer is the ultimate person or group that
purchase the product and use the services. The
customer is very important for any business and
any organization.”No customer” means “No
product movement;”which means “No
Business”.
 What is the Importance of customer ?
>>> Customer is very important for any business and any
organization. Because without customer any business, firms and
organization can not run. So customer is important.
 Should customers be given a high level of
importance ?
>>> Yes , Customer should be given a high level of importance
because customer is the ultimate source of revenue generation if we
don’t give the importance to a customer then he will not use our
service on regular basis.
Consumers are the ultimate user of a product & he also
judge the product after using it.
Q:- What is the importance of a Consumer?
Ans:- Consumer is the end user of a product and he/she has the
authority to take the decision about using the product in future if he
is happy with the product then he/she will use that product but if he
will dissatisfied with that product then he will leave that product
and select any other product. Then company will lose a customer.
SERVICE:- Service is a facility which is given to anybody
for satisfying their needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:-Giving good and desirable
services are called customer service.
Q:- WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER
SERVICE ?
:- Customers are the ultimate source of revenue so we should give
the high level importance to the customer because if we give the
importance to a customer then he feels happy and satisfy with our
service and make a loyal customer of our business.And if it happens
then a company get a large amount of profit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:- Service which is given
to a customer is called customer service.
 What is Importance of
customer service?
Ans:=Customer service is
very important of any
business and any company
because this department
helps customers with their
question and
concern.Customer is
related to the revenue and
profit to any organisation
.So,these reasons
customer service is
important.
 Is Good Customer Service
related to profit?If yes
,how?
 Ans:=Yes good customer
service related to profit
.without customer any
business can not run.If we
give good service then our
customer is increase and
business is run very good
.If we not give good service
for customer then
customer is dcrease and
business is not run .
Customer requirement and
customer expectation is known as
customer needs.
 There are three principles of customer service
 1.Satisfy their Basic needs.
 2.Stick to their agenda for discussion.
 3.Meet or Exceed their expectation.
 1.To feel Welcome.
 2.To be taken seriously.
 3.To feel Comfortable.
 4.To be Understood.
 5.To feel Important.
 6.To accomplish their objective.
 7.To be handled Quickly.
 EP... Expected performance.
 PP… Perceived performance.
 CS…Customer satisfaction.
 CASE 1 EP>PP=Dissatisfaction.
 CASE 2 PP>EP=More satisfaction.
 CASE 3 PP=EP=Satisfaction
 1.Show them that you think of them.
 2.Repay or Compensate them for their lost time or
lost money.
 3.Try to have a human touch in your behavior.
 4.Speak the truth.Never fill them with wrong
information.
 5.Accept returns without question.
 6.Have and maintain corporate ethics.
 7.Be certain that the company follows through on
its commitment.
 8.Keep the lines of communication forever open.
 9.Keep track of their results with your product
and meet periodically to keep the information up
to date.
 1.Establish a common ground.
 2.Listen and show concern.
 3.Use Humor –Be Cheerful.
 4.Keep a positive attitude.
 5.Treat customers like family.
 Don’t give favorites priority treatment.
 Give the proper respect.
 Show enthusiasm.
 Confirm their good judgment.
 If you can’t solve the problem give some
positive suggestion.
