This document discusses connected teaching, learning, and leadership. It advocates moving away from organizational silos by embracing transparency both online and offline. The author proposes 5 keys to connectivity: transparency as a cultural norm, leadership that encourages innovation, evolving policies to support connectivity for all stakeholders, collaborative transparency across groups, and providing anytime-anywhere learning opportunities. The overall message is that educators should take control of their own learning through connecting in networks and role modeling risk-taking and collaboration through digital tools.
