We prepare students for success back home and abroadThanks to our staff. . .Approximately 85% of our teaching staff responded to this survey.Proceed through this presentation to see a summary of the results. Each question is answeredon a scale of 1 – 4 (1 – poor, 2 – needs improvement, 3 – good, 4 – very good).In additional to these questions, staff included many helpful comments.At SSB, staff, students, and parents answer quality assurance surveys each year.   • 9. We prepare students for success back home and abroadAnalysis of resultsStaff at SSB are satisfied with the learning environment and workingenvironment at SSB. In particular, the staff appreciate their opportunity toevaluate and influence the day-to-day activities. They are also happy with thevaried instructional methods used, as well as the system for documentinglearning.The staff does highlight that we must do more to support our students who needspecial support in their learning. As an important goal in our strategic plan, wewill continue to develop this area within our school by adding additional resoucesfor coaching teachers, improving documentation and methodology, andincreasing the number of conferences dedicated to this topic.Even with a great deal of change due to our reorganization, we are proud that3,6/4 of our teaching staff believe that our school environment is good and thatthe school has clear goals for where we are going.
