Editor's Notes
TDCC opened doors to children April 2013. The co founders children had challenges, TDCC is a not for profit organisation and we have our Hibah fund that supports family that may not be able to access services because of cost. Our aim is to empower and unlock the potential of all children by advancing their learning and development through building skills and overcoming challenges. Hoping to shed the taboos associated with getting support. The i-succeed programme has been designed to offer support in the school environment. (new slide)
The key to the programme is the partnerships, the communication and support that therapist, teacher and parent can give to the child and each other. Building blocks analogy.
How does it work and how much extra workload is there if I refer. – Only one form. The inclusive approach to all children, some won’t, some that need
Meetings can be 2 x 30 mins or 1 hour dependent on preference
The language used in the programme gives a more positive feeling. Gives parents opportunity to be involved from outset and not last resort. Will start to open communication for concerned parents. A range of programmes designed to support and develop.
