The learner will also be
aware of the training
classes that help serve
their center as a whole.
Performance Based Objectives
• A – The audience which consists of the
directors and the teachers will gain a
perspective of the exact needs of their
child care center.
• B- The learners will be able to identify the
exact trainings needed for their center.
• C- The learners will have the opportunity
to navigate throughout the tutorial to
see which teachers need what training.
• D- Learners will complete this tutorial
with 100% accuracy of knowing and being
able to determine what training classes
are needed.
