Currently, about 1 in 5 primary school teachers
do not have the requisite minimum academic
qualification to ensure children’s right to quality
learning.
Education has also been made free for children for 6 to 14 years of age
or up to class VIII under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory
Education Act 2009.

3. Why this ACT couldn't reduce illiteracy rate in India?
People has a bad opinion on
government schools.
That the Private Schools can only give
better teaching in order to get admitted
to IIT’s, NIT’s.
Private Schools putting parents and
children in a dilemma and taking their
money out.
They don't remembering the
education taken by our great leaders
like Abdul Kalam , Ambedkar etc.
Parents don't want to join their
children in Government Schools but
they want to get seat in IIT’s and NIT’s.
It means the difference in the
development of IIT’s and Primary
Schools.

4. What are the Changes to be adopted?
The one who is having low income
below one lakh should join their
children only in Government
Schools.
The one who has a low ration card
should join their children only
Government schools.
If any Private School is found
teaching to the above said children
its license will be cancelled.
Government should create a new
category in admission to IIT’s and
others that there will 5% seats to
reserved for children who had
completed they Primary and
secondary Education in Government
Schools and colleges.

5. It’s Advantages
It wont require any special
arrangement i.e., existing officials
are sufficient for this.
Government Schools and Colleges
will increase tremendous.
It will provide more and more job
opportunities for teaching staff and
non-teaching staff.
There will be decrease in the fee
reimbursement fund of government.
Which will be used for the
development of Education.
Selfish Private Schools games wont
effect the People.
There will be increase in the
Country progress and it will take only
less amount of funds.
People view on Government
Schools may get changed.

6. It’s Disadvantages
oIt wont happen in a single day .
oGovernment officials should regularly check this operation for its
implantation.
