PERSONAL PROFILE
As first university graduate from a very poor and uneducated family background, I started working
on my own initiatives whiles schooling in order to keep myself in school. I am able to prioritize my
work load. I am very reliable and I comfortably work on my own or as part of a group. I am firm
and give myself deadlines on whatever I do.

WORK EXPERIENCE
2014-to Date District Project Coordinator:
Over all scope
To work in collaboration with the Field Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management and
operations of implementing the SPRING/Ghana work plan and high impact nutrition interventions
at the district level. The District Coordinator will also provide technical input and managerial
oversight into the implementation of SPRING/Ghana activities.
Responsibilities
Major Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• In consultation with the Field Coordinator, manage the implementation of SPRING
activities, based on the approved SPRING/Ghana work plan, at the District level
• Provide day to day management and oversight of SPRING/Ghana activities at district level
• Serve as a representative of SPRING/Ghana at the district level, in managing district level
partner relationships and implementing SPRING/Ghana activities

2. • Coordinate with district government and the DHS and District Nutritionist
• Ensure activities are implemented with a high level of quality
• Follow up on all trainings to evaluate impact, provide feedback on practical implementation,
and plan activities additional accordingly
• Manage joint supervision activities with government counterparts
• Prepare quarterly review and planning sessions at the district level
• Provide data and narrative for quarterly and annual reports, and ensure information
accurately reflects district level engagement
• Oversee local partners in planned activities for community outreach and ensure adherence to
agreed contracts and targets
• Undertake monitoring activities as defined by Field Coordinator and M & E team
• Organize the logistics of training events within the district
• Manage and monitor the SPRING/Ghana district level budget and ensure month end
reconciliation
• Supervise the District Project Officer and ensure effective performance of activities
2009 – 2014 Programme Coordinator: Songsim Integrated Development Association
(SONIDA). Duties include;
Community mobilization and sensitization,
Advocating for access to quality education and quality health care delivery,
Writing and contribute to developing proposals to donors for funding
Planning and analyzing budgets
Monitoring of projects under implementation,
Writing quarterly/annual reports to donors
Fund raising for organisation through liaising with donors and organising
skills training for field staff
Organize skills training for farmer groups, SMCs, PTAs, women groups etc.
on new techniques of farming, capacity building, lobbying advocacy, school
management among others.
2006 – 2009 District Employment Co-ordinator: National Youth Employment
Programme (Gushegu).
Duties included: recruiting the youth into employment areas such as CETAs
module, Health Extension workers module, Agri-business, waste and
sanitation module among others with a lot of focus and attention on women
and people with disability (PWD). Monitoring and supervising all
beneficiaries through effective collaboration with District Cooperative
Department, District Agriculture Development Unit, District Education
Office and District Health Directorate. Organising skills training and
capacity building for beneficiaries was also a top agenda in duties as well as
identifying hard working workers and rewarding them.
Under the agri-business module, I was directly working with farmer groups
where inputs credits were given to farmers with the advice of the District
Agricultural Development office (DADO). I was also responsible in

3. identifying produce buyers such as Savanna Farmers to get good prices for
the produce.
