2. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
o Monitor and evaluate periodically the effectiveness of subjects in the school
curriculum in order to recommend timely interventions.
3. INSPECTION REPORTS:
o Prepare timely Inspection Reports in order to provide feedback and
appropriate recommendations.
4. EXAMINATIONS:
o Monitor and evaluate the administration and conduct of Grades 7, 9 and 12
Final Examinations to ensure compliance to set standards.
5. BI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL REVIEW/ PALNNING MEETINGS:
o Hold and attend the Bi-annual and Annual Review /Panning meetings for
Standards Officers in Lusaka Province to ensure affective review and planning

In 1990, served as Vice President of Junior Chamber International,
- I served as the District Secretary of the Zambia National Teachers Union
(ZNUT), Choma.
- I served as Chief Administrator of the District and Grievance handling was the
core business.
In my secondary school days at Munali Secondary School, I was an active member of:

- and also a perfect at Agency Hostel
Between 1971 & 1977 at Chongwe Primary School for many years running I was a
class monitor.
