• Content, 3 major parts:
1. Preamble – background on the initiation and
objectives of IYFF and the importance of family
farming;
2. Results of the Year – highlight of activities and
accomplishments in pursuit of the IYFF objectives
3. The Way Forward – set of recommended actions
envisaged beyond 2014, providing guidance to the
various concerned actors on family farming. This
third part is considered important in ensuring and
sustaining the legacy of IYFF.
7. Outcome Document
• Process and Timetable:
5 September – WRF proposal for first draft
10 October – ISC discussion & second draft
22 October – ISC discussion & third draft
30 October – circulation of fourth draft
7 November – ISC meeting to finalize draft
17 November – circulation of final draft for
endorsement
27 November – formal endorsement at closing
event
