CELL TESTER
Solar Cell Tester is applied to the primary process of solar Panel
manufacturing, testing parameters like :
Electrical testing: Electrical performance of photovoltaic cells
under a solar simulator.
Quality testing: surface quality, breakages, cracks... A computer
with user-friendly software caters for different options, such as
defining the parameters to be measured.
LASER SCRIBING
scribing or cutting the Solar Cells and Silicon Wafers in
solar PV industry, including the mono crystalline silicon
and poly crystalline silicon solar cells and silicon wafer

RIBBON CUTTER
SOLDRING TABLE
The Ribbon Cutting machine is used to cut
the ribbon as per dimensions by manually.
Soldering Table is used to solder the cell by
using ribbon in a single cell that is called
Tabbing and solder the tabbed cell is called
Stringing

The solar Tabber and Stringer machine is a fully automatic machine for solder
photovoltaic solar cells. This equipment is one of the first step in the production line
and it’s one of the most important in the entire pv module production line.
Assembling and soldering strings of cells interconnected with metal ribbons usingthe
Tabber & Stringer.

GLASS WASHER
Wash, rinse and dry the glass superstrate using a
glass washer. It remove unwanted particles from
glass and dry very fast
LAY UP STATION
Manual place the tempered glass, EVA, Solar cell string
and back sheet five layer materials together on this
station .Completing the module laminate circuit by
soldering bus ribbons to connect the strings together
and provide output leads at the busing station.
EL TESTER
In this machine detects the micro cracks in the
prepared solar module
MIRROR OBSERVATION
Mirror observation method is use to observe solar module
clearly, to check the foreign particles in the module and strings
alignment

LAMINATOR
In the manufacturing line for pv modules, the laminator machine is of fundamental
importance in curing the EVA, to join the layers that form the module and remove all
air from between them. When the materials in the photovoltaic module have been
placed on the glass, they undergo a heat treatment that converts the EVA into a type
of gel that encapsulates all the layers to form a very strong and compact sandwich.
The result is a high quality product ready for the finishing phase before testing and
installation. To make the service even faster and more complete, accessory units are
available for the semi automatic preparation of the glass, the sheets of EVA and the
back sheet

SUN SIMULATOR
This equipment is used in the final test of solar module manufacturing.
It measures solar module output power and physical parameter by
simulate sunlight, and classifies them according to the results of
measurement. The test result can save and label on the solar module.

FRAMING
The solar panel Framing machine is one of process in the solar panel production line
Completing final assembly, which includes edge trimming at the Trimming station, installing and
edge gasket and frame with the Frame Assembly and attaching a junction box at the JB station.
