Observations:
1. The Menu card was not followed.
2. Chapati Quality to be improved & Tea quality not good.
3. Plates are not clean & spoons are not available in sufficient quantity.
4. Chapati was not available for 7-8 peoples on last Saturday in plant 1.
5. Worms found in lunch on last Saturday in plant 1
6. Rice was in snacks in plant 2 on Friday.
