2. Socio-economic Groups
Our target audience may range
from socio-economic groups E-
B, but however in particular may
interest students and teachers,
as they may be able to relate
more to our film, or understand it
better than others. People of
higher class may be better aware
of other high profile films
however, and so would therefore
understand the references to
other films such a Mission
Impossible, Star Wars, and The
Matrix.
3. Age range
Our production is suitable for any age, however
we feel as though students aged 13 to 19 may
grasp the concept of our piece better than
others. This is because they may be able to
relate better to the context and the situation.
4. Gender
Due to the action in the film and
the fact that the ratio of male
characters to females is 4:1, males
may be more interested to watch it
than females, therefore our film is
predominantly aimed at males.
However, we made sure that there
was an element of our film that
would attract female viewers in the
romance side of the film.
5. BBFC
Our film is PG so may be
watched by younger viewers
with parental guidance. This is
because there is no 'actual'
violence in the film due to there
being no physical contact.
Instead contact is 'make-
believe', and younger children
may relate to this, as this is how
they tend to play and interact
with one another.
